Best hotel for 52€/night (including breakfast) I stayed in Italy! I haven’t had big expectations, but everything was pretty good, especially breakfast, they had also eggs,bacon etc, and a lady made us great cappuccino for free, room and bathroom was clean, renovated with everything you would need for a good sleep- AC, good window shades, comfortable bed. Safe and spacious parking. Bargain for that price

A great place for a short stay, we were greeted by a very nice gentleman, easy parking, a comfortable hotel in an old-fashioned and elegant style. Good breakfast. Easy to park.

The breakfast was delicious, but the lady serving breakfast was more occupied with a private phone conversation than serving customers. Perhaps she had important personal reasons. The sad, absent lady was a striking contrast to the cheerful, talkative Italian gentleman who greeted us in the evening.

This hotel is unique. Family owned and with helpful and friendly staff members. It is in the middle of an industrial area, nothing fancy, but if you want to meet genuine, kind people who will help you with anything, this is the place. The breakfast croissants and coffee were great, the beds were very comfortable and everything was were clean and taken care of. And very affordable. But above all, the genuine and friendly staff is the highlight.

We only stayed for the night on our way from Milan to Ravenna and was exactly what we needed. Breakfast and parking included and very good service. We are surprised the room were really nice and roomy well equipped and provided comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. I like coffee and they offered quality coffee. Overall a perfect stay at a great price.

Nothing. Everything was great.

The hotel was just off the Via Emilia so very easy to reach and with a big car park. Facilities were well kept and clean. Staff was friendly.

The internet... Absolutely terrible! Disconnecting literally every minute, not sure why.

Chairs and tables in front of hotel are located near frequent road - would be better to have it located on opposite side of the hotel.

Easy to find. Good free parking. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Our only issue is that we expected the room to have a balcony. In fact there was a common balcony nearby but not actually part of our room.

The hotel is pretty nice! Our room was small but cute.. cleanliness was not perfect but good, the breakfast buffet was amazingly good! I’d return :)

Friendly staff, always there to help us regardless the lack of english language. Breakfast is ok, and good parking area.

The room become hot at night. As Ididn’t know where to turn on the ventilation I have to opened the windows middle of night (3am)
