Staff were helpful and spoke good English. I liked the room I stayed in which was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and started conveniently early. Great that there was a restaurant nextdoor that gave 10% discount for hotel guests and did very good Italian and some more English meals and had menu in English also. Was very busy with lot of guests and in restaurant, but a good atmosphere. Air con in room saved me having to have the window open all the time and enduring the noise of traffic. Very good value for money.

Again, as with just about everywhere else I stayed on this trip, there was no bath despite the words ''bath or shower'' in the description. Naively, and because I like a bath, I chose the ones that said ''bath or shower''. However, now I know that the words ''bath or shower'' mean there is no bath, I will in future ignore this bit of the description. If no bath, then kindly remove the word ''bath''!!!! Traffic was very busy on that road and I had a front facing room, but it didn't bother me too much, and as said, the air con in the room helped and worked well. No food/convenience shops nearby from what I could see, but as said, very handy having the restaurant there whose staff I thought were excellent.

Overall, everything was great. The staff were very honest and always ready to help. Even though we came for breakfast at the very last minute, they didn’t rush us at all, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the quality definitely matched the hotel’s 3-star rating. The location was convenient — quite close to the airport, and it’s easy to get to the city center by bus.

The only thing I would mention is that the price is a bit high, but compared to other available options, it was still one of the cheapest, so maybe it’s just the season or special occasion

The excellent reception staff Marco was exceptionally helpful and provided us with all the necessary information to help us in our 2 days stay. The rooms were clean bed comfortable with the type of mattress I would love in my house. All the necessary amenities were there. The shower was powerful just what I needed after 6 hours travel by train. Hypercoop a large shopping mall it's not far and I recommend the gastronomy section. The airport is close by 5 minutes drive. Great stay I will be back.

It could be helpful to have a little sheet of paper next to the phone with the numbers to call for the different services

This is a family run 3star roadside hotel. 6-7 minutes drive to bologna center. Attended well, room cleaned everyday, towels renewed every day, never dusty (except unused safe wardrobe). Bathroom and wc with bidet is clean, hot water available 7/24. Breakfast is a delicacy with fresh baked cakes from the Signora the owner. Italian families stay frequently with their children one or two nights. 70 meters from a bus station. A convenience for people whom does not have a personal or rented car (unless you feel diatracted from the majority of immigrants in the bus, though I never felt so, they are cheerful and unattattentive to foreigners or tourists) There is a very fine restaurant with genuine Italian cuisine just minutes of drive from the hotel (Ristoranto Ballarini, ristoranteballarini.com) where you can find the perfect traditional dishes at a reasonable price.

There was no central heating in our room so A/C unit had to be on all night long, no hotel sleepers to walk in room, no cattle and tea/coffee compliments in the room( but there is a professional coffee machine at the cafe/restaurant where you can supply any Italian coffee you may like) or tea. Outside is usually colder with and more humid, possibly from the nearby river Reno, than the town center.

very friendly ,hotel staff were excellent. although we didnt speak much italian and they didnt speak much english they went above and beyond with service to ensure we were happy, its a very busy area and seemed to be people around all night lots of parking with good cctv coverage so the car was always safe , very good breakfast menu typical of the hotels i have stayed in in bolognia,

there was nothing that i didnt like about this hotel i always rate hotel stays on the people that work there and you could not wish for better staff and they taught me how to order coffee in italian as my first attempt at a lattegot me a lovely cup of warm milk room was kept very clean every day with loads of fresh towels.

This hotel was perfect for us after a full hectic two weeks in Italy. Close to the airport with a lovely pool area. The pool bar was great with a very nice man running it. It sold drinks, meals and even chips. They do a very nice caesar salad. Highly recommended. Shuttle to the airport 15 Euros at 0300 in the morning. Bargain.

We stayed overnight on our way to Puglia. Right on the highway, it offered breakfast and free parking. We had 2 pets with us, and they were allowed without extra fees. The hotel is simple, the room needs some renovation, but it was clean and cheap. Good breakfast! It was a nice plus! Excellent cost-benefit, and perfect for what we needed.

Super kind staff, they recently changed management and they are all very kind and friendly. The room is properly heated for winter, it is clean and the bathroom is huge. The Internet is very good. And there are several options for breakfast as well. All in all, always a great place to stay nearby the airport.

For some reason the lift wasn't working when I arrived, but since my room was on the second floor I just took the stairs. That's about everything that I could say, everything else was great.

It was a very convenient spot for us- it's next to the highway and we could take a break on our trip. It was clean and quiet, and offered a nice breakfast- just what we needed.
