Great location . Right beside Liffey Valley SC. Fabulous jacuzzi . Loved the Aqua Pool class. Lovely room . Nice breakfast .
Room not ready at 16.40 pm. In fairness , we could still use the facilities. Lobby very cold every time door opened. Vending machine broken in hall landing. More signage .. ie. Lift to underground car park and where to place towels after use , at the pool. Also.. a swimsuit wringer in changing room would be so appreciated . €10 a night to use the car park doesn’t seem acceptable.

The room was spacious, comfy and almost perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a little table so we could eat dinner together without being sat on the bed. Location was great, parking was relatively reasonable too. Staff were all friendly and helpful and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The tiling in the bathroom was a little dirty, the grout needs cleaning or replacing more frequently, it was very noticeable considering how clean the rest of the room was! The room was anything but quiet, as late as 23:00 on the friday night there were children running up and down the corridor screaming and shouting. My partner and I were looking forward to a quiet cosy weekend and while everything else was lovely, other guests made it very hard to relax. I wonder if perhaps the doors could use some soundproofing, we could clearly hear conversations of people walking past and were worried they might be able to hear us talking too.

Calm, very comfortable large room, quality / style of the furniture, bed, the tea-making facility in the room, view of the Dublin mountains! Didn’t benefit from breakfast, nor the gym or pool, included in the price, but could see many people did. Very pleasant stay. The staff were lovely - couldn’t have been nicer: welcoming and very helpful. I v much appreciated the attitude to my request for a late check out, which wasn’t possible - they were extremely busy, but showed flexibility around the 11:00 checkout time.
Being used to the high standards related to beer drinking in Germany, possibly the turnover at the hotel bar isn’t sufficient - both myself and my Irish friend felt the beer was slightly flat. However, I understand it may be a difficult problem to remedy!

The staff was friendly, especially a lovely lady who worked in housekeeping who engaged really well with my nephew. I didn’t get her name but she had a Dublin accent. The room was very comfortable and there was a great selection at breakfast.
We got 3 pints of miwadi cordial from the bar for our room and we were charged €4.50 which I thought was extremely overpriced as we usually get it for free. The timing on the morning was very tight as our nephew wasn’t aloud to the pool until 9am and then breakfast finished at 10:30am and then we had to be checked out at 11am. We had a very stressed morning trying to get everything done. We didnt want breakfast before swimming incase we got a cramp. Children should be allowed in the pool earlier.

Good location, breakfast was lovely, staff very helpful. Everything was clean
Only issue I had was that the pool area isn’t supervised so we couldn’t swim as there was too many people there and nobody was there to stop the group of young people taking over doing flips into the pool. Also, we couldn’t use the jacuzzi as the group of men sitting around the outside of it on chairs was too intimidating, especially for my teenage daughter

the staff were lovely as always, a special mention to Sharon in the restaurant that does the morning shift. she could do enough for us. thank you so much Sharon 🙏. reception made sure that the fridge was turned on for our daughter's medication which meant the world to us.
for four of us staying there was only two cookies and two bottles of water. also the children were disappointed not to have marshmallows or cream in their hot chocolate that we ordered on the night of our stay. I was very surprised that there was no cream available when the hotel has desserts on the menu. only two mugs/glasses in the room. swimming lessons were on in the pool when we went down to use it and we had lots of parents viewing us which was a bit strange.

І liked the room, clean, bright, liked the bathroom. There are a lot of mirrors, which looks very good! The bed is comfortable, the only thing that is not comfortable for me is the pillows. The location is excellent, close to the shopping center. I was also very pleased with the pool, it is very warm compared to others. Also a gorgeous sauna and jacuzzi!
It was noisy. You can really hear your roommates, there is no soundproofing in the room. The front door and the door to the bathroom creaked very much. The entrance doors to the room slam very loudly. I was with a small baby and therefore I pay special attention to the noise.

The surroundings, the property, parking & reception were well organised and pleasant. The room was excellent, also the entertainment (TV) was good, if you wanna watch some netflix, you can.
breakfast was rather disappointing. It feels it's more about mass-production. There isn't enough choices of food for such a big restaurant in terms of spreads, in terms of butter, in terms of drinks and the cooked food was not very pleasant. Overall the food wasn't very satisfying. We had breakfast and dinner, both were really average and nothing that would wow you. Simply based on food experience I wouldn't come back here if there are other options.

we loved our breakfast and the staff were lovely. a massive shout out to sharon in the breakfast room who literally couldn't have been kinder to us and went out of her way to ensure travelling with a 2 and 6 year old was as smooth as possible. excellent the staff at the pool were excellent and a shout out to the staff member who allowed us to join in at the aqua aerobics and went out of his way to find a ball or two for the boys to play with. those are the extra touches that make a families stay so lovely. i didn't get his name although he had a deep wicklow accent lol
reception staff just weren't as friendly as the rest of hotel and considering front of house i would have expected a little more helpful.

We liked the location and the staff were really helpful. Even when we complained, they were great about it.
Our room was dirty. We had it cleaned again but still wasn't great. Hairs all over the place (not ours) and just general dirt everywhere. We only used it to sleep in and get washed in so didn't really matter but for the price we paid, we expected a cleaner stay. It needs a deep clean. For example, the bathroom on first look was fine but they cleaned it with the door open, so once inside with the door closed, you could see the piles of hair (again not ours) and general dirt. Also, everything but tea bags was topped up in the room.
