What I liked most about my stay: I truly enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Blanchardstown. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive — they took my request for a nice room on a higher floor seriously and gave me a wonderful room with a beautiful view. The room itself was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the large, cozy bed, as well as having both a shower and a bathtub — such a luxury! I was also pleasantly surprised to find three types of power sockets (European, UK, and US), which made things so convenient. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt welcoming and relaxing. Overall, the experience was fantastic — mostly thanks to the amazing, friendly staff who made me feel truly valued as a guest.

The location is accessible, very near the Dublin airport. The facilities are working perfectly. My daughter who is 6yrs old gave the bath 10/10 water pressure and temperature is great and lots of towels for us to use. We love that parking is accessible to guests too and no fuss parking.

I heared a scrapping noise at 12mn, I thought coming from the walls. I guess the insulation needs fixing or noise would be a problem. Well I am used to very quite nights since we live in the country. Slight noise wakes me up. They could improve on quality pillows too.

We requested an early check in as we were attending a concert and it was no problem. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. They had a technical glitch on check in but this didn't delay them/us in any way. We ate breakfast in the hotel and again the dining room staff were attentive & friendly Blanchardstown SC is just across the road making the hotels location ideal for shopping. A short stroll from the hotel we boarded the concert bus to Malahide Castle, again ideal location for pick up & drop off. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends & family.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Dublin Blanchardstown by IHG for 2 nights on a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options. Huge shoutout to Chef Niro, who always had a warm smile and went out of his way to please guests, and to Irene, who ensured the buffet was always fully stocked and that everyone was well taken care of. The thoughtful details—like the fine chocolates left as a welcome gift in the room—were a lovely touch and made the stay feel extra special. Excellent service, great atmosphere—I'll definitely stay here again!

The staff at the front desk were so welcoming & were interested why we were staying, offering many services to help us enjoy our stay. The bedroom/bathroom was lovely and clean.. We did find the foyer & bar definitely needs modernising as it seems to be decorated the same way for many years now

Breakfast was good, I was there Saturday morning for breakfast it was presented well but I found the fresh fruit selection very poor, all the fruit was tinned not fresh apart from the apple & watermelon... I was down an hour before end of breakfast & there was only a few pieces left, I asked the chef could the bowl be refilled and she said there was no watermelon left...with an hour of service still left (the busiest time) I found this unsatisfactory

The location of the hotel was very convenient to Blanchardstown shopping centre and getting to and from the M50. The room was large, modern, clean and comfortable. The little birds in reception were adorable. Lots of variety at breakfast. I especially loved the scramble eggs, bacon and coffee. My 5 year old son was mesmerised by the pancake maker.

The only thing I could complain about was noise. It was minimal but you could hear the traffic as well as people in the corridors. By no means was it loud but it was there.

Maybe the window in room 524 could be better insulated , coukd her the traffic a tiny bit but once you close the curtains, it's reduced the noise, Room was very clean ,and my Brother who got additional Needs loved his name on the TV as we entered the room,. That was very special, Staff at breakfast couldn't have help us more, really good friendly at attention to detail , The coffee lady Ann Marie I think was her name, omg 10/ 10 and Malena at breakfast as well ,

The hotel was clean, comfortible and modern. The staff were great, especially with our children. A special shout out to Karen, Kris and Irene who went over and above throughout our stay. Location wise it makes for a great hub for the zoo, emerald park and Malahide Castle. There is also a massive retail park next door.

The underground car park is very tight. The marble topped bedside units which are close to the bed and at eye level, especially with children.

Staff was very friendly location is great and the cleaning level of the hotel is high, always greeted with a smile, and free parking is available on site which makes the life way easier.

Maintaince is required for some of the rooms, my room fridge was malfunctioning and also all frame was in bad shape, the kettle broke after a few days use, and also the breakfast is the same, and for long stays requires a little more variation in warm food, pillows are too soft in my opinion.

The Breakfast was wonderful. They had an excellent select from fruits, cold meats through to (my favourite) the full Irish.

Nothing especially came to mind. I did opt for the fish and chips and an evening meal option. The batter was lovely and crispy, but I had a hard time finding the fish (which wasn't specified on the menu). Also, we (the group with whom I attended) had to wait at least 30 minutes to be served with our lunch
