The staffs are friendly and helpful. 1 even remember what type of coffee I like. Very prompt in answering WhatsApp

The fan was a bit noisy in my villa. Sunday breakfast was a bit of disappointment as we had to queue for a good while cos a family day in which should not have happened. Very long queue. A bit more daily variation of food will be better. Every day it’s Nasi goreng and Mee goreng.

Have stayed in Batam View many times but this was the first time after the extensive renovation. Really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are all modern, mattress and pillows were nice and firm. The rooms and building were nicely renovated, the beach chairs near the private beach could be improved but Im sure its a work in progress. Really appreciated the privacy of beach. While there are obviously fancier hotels, what makes Batam View good is the excellent customer service - from the staff who picked us up at ferry terminal, to the transport, to the reception and banquet staff were all welcoming, especially to kids. Also appreciated the High Tea & Drink Coupons we got. Stayed with my 2 kids and we all enjoyed it. Thanks Batam View!

The areas near the beach could use an uplift in particular the beach chairs

This is a great place to recharge, we like the peaceful and serene surrounding. The bed was very comfortable. We were here during the Christmas period and really enjoyed the Christmas Eve event put together by the resort. There were live food stations, live music, magic show and even fireworks. The staffs also dressed up as Santa and Santarina.

It was the monsoon season and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the compound. The selections for breakfast and at the Kelong seafood were very limited. The swimming pool water also looked a bit murky.

It has an outstanding view, and as far as hospitality goes, this is the best stay in a villa that I ever had in my life. The bed, linen, towels, toilets and food hygiene is good. The staff are friendly and even tho there are a few young staffs, you can see that they are trying their best for us. it has an outstanding swimming pool variety, nice beach and the staff for the jetski at the beach is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely return here again

As I booked the villa, I guess the water heater wasnt working and it made showers dreadful and as I have an infant along with me, I had to boil water to shower her which is quite troublesome. Hopefully the hotel will look into the water heater issue.

Good beach view, room is clean, very accessible from Nongsa Ferry Terminal and the Staff are friendly.

Breadfast buffet is kinda the same, need more variety and different menu everyday because it gets bored having the same breadfast menu for a few days. Service response is alittle slow... takes too long for a paid bucket of ice to reach my room. Pool table is overly priced for SGD$2 a game. And pool cue and table are badly maintained. Room aircon is not cold enough. The main swimmimg pool was better maintained previously as it was cleaned and scrubbed every morning manually and by machine. Now the water gets a little murky colour as comapred to the crystal blue previously. Jacuzzi pool is not well-maintained. Has dead insects floating on the water. Bathroom gets really wet after every shower. Drainage is not efficient. Price is alittle steep for the above mentioned standards.

Love the view & service ! I love how they decorate our room for Our Wedding Anniversary :) The area is peaceful. Very specious with the living area. Got Complimentary Hi-Tea & drinks. Live band is good, too ! There's also a magic show ! Entertaining:)

There is some upgrading works going on during the day, during our stay. But its not that bothering to us. The massage package is abit overpriced. Toilet needs abit more thoroug cleaning.

Very beautiful view of Batam City and Coastarina across the bay. I have previously experiences a resort that is facing Singapore, and looking at night lights or Batam was much nicer than looking at arriving and departing cargo ships. On top of the view, the location is peaceful and quiet with nice amounts of greenery. The staff was friendly, helpful and understanding, they even helped me switch the dates of my booking, which I made for the wrong dates. There is a nice seafood restaurant within the premises, with a little pier, where it is nice to just sit and enjoy the tropical night of Indonesia.

Somehow the resort and the rooms both felt new and old. The floors in my room were making strange sounds, snapping and popping as I walked, and the bath foam had weird scent to it. The AC doesn't make the room very cold either, so you may be in for a sweaty night. These were rather minor things though, compared to the general vibe of the place.

The service staffs delivered their best. Helpful, warmth, made us feel hard to go back to Jakarta. Ibu Siti, the restaurant staff, she is excellent! We will return in October (plan for my husband's birthday) and promised to see her again!! She can be the role model for all service staffs!

All just wonderful.. Only to go to the beach is really hard for us...so many stairs to get us there and to go back to the lobby.. Hopefully the hotel will build short cut way to reach the beach with more easier pathways...

was a really lovely relaxing stay as we spurge on a suite, which was spacious indeed. staff was all friendly and helpful. the seaview from the room was lovely.

amenities were a little dated and location is a little far from the city shopping area. unfortunately the beach area were dirty from washed up stuff so we did not play there at all. roosters in the resort will wake you up even if you intend to be chill and sleep in.

The main swimming pool is constantly maintained every morning. Pool towels are fresh and clean. The pool nearer to the beach is quiet and provided some privacy for nude tanning. The jacuzzi pool is great too!

Room toliet is not cleaned properly (some debris/stains were found)... The toliet seat is loosen and kept sliding; poorly secured. There is only 1 pool table cue at the lounge and the table is poorly maintained, the pool cue tip is chipped and having to pay 20,000 for a game is really overkilled.
