I had a wonderful stay at Woda Villa during my recent trip to Batam. The location is very central, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, shopping, and dining spots. We could easily order Grab services to the malls where we spent most of our time eating, shopping and doing massage. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive—any request I had was responded to quickly and with a smile. The facilities were also very comfortable, providing a relaxing and peaceful environment to unwind. We booked a villa good for 5 pax, and together with the 1 extra bed, and we had our own private pool. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend Woda Villa for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in Batam.

I feel that the toilet lacks privacy. The toilet wall in the bedroom was made of glass material and covered by blinds. Using frosted glass would be so much better. The breakfast options were quite limited, and the buffet on our last day was underwhelming. But given the hotel is close to the city centre, we had our meal mostly outside the resort, this was not too big a concern.

I loved the vibe this place gave off, felt very Bali villa like. The staff there were amazing, kind and welcoming. We tried the in-house spa which was really good, but the spa rooms weren’t sound proof so you can hear the music playing from the bar. Highly recommend the studio for more privacy and slightly bigger pool.

The place was located close to a futsal court so it can get pretty noisy. Our villa came with a private pool, so we felt it disrupted the peacefulness the property would have provided. However, I think the rooms were sound proof, not much noise were observed when we closed the sliding doors. There were alot of mosquitos, saw this on other reviews too so we brought our own mosquito coil which helped a lot. They provided us with insect repellent lotions so that was thoughtful.

love the diff type of rooms they offer! eventhought the breakfast spread wasnt much, it was actually enough and great. the kids love the private pool so much, kept swimming throughout the stay daily! its location is near the oasis waterpark, nearby cafe, alfa mart and great more places all walking distance

there were two lizards in the room that kept cackling at night but its expected from a villa and being with nature. no mosquitos suprisingly bt the room came with anyi mosquito lotions and plug. the mirror could be clean more thoroughly as there was someone else's bread hairs stuck on it (previous visitor must have plucked and purposely stick it on the mirror)

Staff are accommodating & approachable. I requested for birthday deco, which they surprised me with even when i did not pay the extra $ for the deco 🙏🤩 Massage equally gd as therapists were able to give the strength according to individual needs. Ordered floating bfast for beautiful pics 💗 Iron board, hairdryer all provided 👍 Enjoyed Dinner at the resort restaurant with live band & DJ. Bonus unexpected fireworks from nearby area!

This resort seriously need to order new towels to replace the current wornout ones 😵‍💫 Buying mineral water is a must as tap water has a weird taste even after boiling it.. Consider to upgrade with private pool (mine was room #2) so late night loud music will not disrupt your sleep. Foc Bfast is lame BUT restaurant dishes & floating bfast (slider set) are above average!

The staff all are super friendly and helpful. They did their best to address the issue I’m facing while staying. Special thanks to Jackie for the arrangement of changing room due to air conditioning in the original room is not functioning well. His professional assistant and way of handling incident is great which impressed me and make me feel awesome staying here. Room is big and clean. Food and beverage is nice. I will stay here again if there is next visit to batam

Noise from nearby beach club and sport centre. However earbuds is provided to address the issue.

The vibe.. the environment.. and the ambience of the place itself.. Not to mention, the staff there are super duper friendly!

Hmmm.. actually, there's none. Or maybe there is.. they have a smart system using Alexa. However, it doesn't really work. Have asked Alexa to turn on/off the light. It responded ok.. but nothing happened. It's a minor dislike though. Overall, I love my stay there.

The breakfast was good. The location was fantastic with a Christmas atmosphere and great for the family with a private pool. it was peaceful with a kampong feeling. All the activities were near the villa. The staff are super friendly and helpful. For example, my room tv had an issue with Wifi, but the staff was very patient and settled it for us, ensuring we able to watch and be happy. front counter Dilla staff was very helpful and friendly. Assist us with how to go places and enjoy good food. Overall my boy loves the place and asks can stay longer. hahaha

There is nothing to dislike.

Staff here are generally friendly from check-in till check-out. Parking is available outside the property though it is not within private compounds, there are an ambulance of security in the area.The property is nestled deep in the non-townish area of Batam, however accessible to the famous Golden Prawn seafood which is a few minutes walking distance away. Our studio was huge and definitely exceeded some of our expectations and we love the option of having a personal swimming pool and sun chairs. Breakfast were ala-carte though could be stepped up a notch.

General cleanliness of the private pool as well as the rooms could be better. Our studios were right at the end of the compound which for travellers with disabilities or difficulties with ambulating might have trouble walking up the distance (3-4mins walk) Rooms and deck and slightly weathered and aged but nothing to be fussy about. Complimentary drink options and taste could be better.

I like that the pool is just outside of the room. Staff were responsive and polite. Location is 15 mins away from batam centre and 5 mins away from batam layer cake which is a plus.

Room is a little dilapidated. Our room had a faulty heater in the shower - the water pressure for room temperature water was too low and temperature was too hot for higher water pressure. Some rooms had a kettle that doesn't have a removeable plug so you need to lug everything to fill water in. There were ample space for another bed but that wasn't allowed so it was a little perplexing. Mosquitoes in the lobby. Not very wheelchair or stroller friendly especially at the pathway to the lobby. . That said, these are not deal breakers. If your kids really like the pool, the property is definitely worth looking at.

Excellent Villa in the town area. Next to eatery (night street food and cafe) and outdoor playground (go kart, Belalang adventure- shooting, archery, flying fox, etc.). Built on a pond, so nice and beautiful surrounding with elegant lighting around the resort and inside the villa. Cafe located at the center, with live band singing soothing songs from 7pm to 10pm. Good food and drinks served at affordable price. Private pool inside the villa, so kids enjoyed it.

Since it is located near to night cafe and eatery which serve loud music, the night time is a bit noisy. It is out of Villa’s control anyway.
