Párisi Udvar Hotel Budapest, part of Hyatt

The best thing about this hotel is its central location and great view both outside and inside (the lobby is brilliant). The rest will not meet your expectations. Breakfast is not very varied, some dishes are good, others - not that good. And you do not have much choice

When booking, I requested a quiet room and was given a room overlooking the loudest street ever. It was just impossible to open the window. Every time you enter the building, the staff looks at you with suspicion: what if you want just to stare at the beautiful lobby and leave. Each time we had to make excuses that we were staying with them and show the key. Please bear in mind, that they have restricted access system: one cannot use an elevator without room card. So the "suspicion" entry filter has nothing to do with protection of privacy At breakfast two times we waited for someone to come up for 15 minutes. Overall the service is very average.

Every thing is ok and the rooms were very nice and clean

The air condition was too hot it like it’s not working because there are no any wind come out but they said is working!!. Moreover we requested a air fun for one room and we got it when the other room called the reception to request for there room a fun the man told her we don’t provide this in the hotel and we don’t have , then they told him no that you have and you give the other room after that he provided to the room, however a five star employees need not to lays to the customer it’s not a good manners.

Beautiful restored previous high end shopping arcade so the lobby/ reception area is memorable.This is the main reason I picked this hotel.We had a corner room so had a view. Apart from that, a typical Hyatt hotel room.No style or character.

Arriving at the hotel whose entrance is on a busy side street there is only a small space for the car/driver to try to get into. In our case it was full so we had to block the street and rush to get our bags and luggage out the car.Not a 5 star experience.

The place is very special, the interior design looks amazing. The location can't be any better. The staff is nice.

The facilities in the room aren't well thought-of. E.g., the toilet is right behid the door so anyone who enters the bathroom kicks you right into your legs. The breafast is generally good but it takes forever for the staff to bring it so you won't be done by less than an hour. The fried eggs were prepared with insane amount of oil. The windows in the room can open only a little bit. The curtains are tailored together and can't be opened. Bottom line, the hotel is heavily overpriced for what it has to offer.

This hotel has absolutely fantastic decor. We enjoyed every minute; the beds were great, the room was superb, bathroom was great as well. The staff was most welcoming and professional, and we enjoyed the service very much. Stay at Parisi Udvar definitely exceeded our expectations and we are not that easy to please :) It's one of the most charming 5* hotels we've ever visited. So if you are going to Budapest - definitely stay here!

Breakfast was decent, but it wasn't the best breakfast ever, still - very solid. Could use a bit more variety of vegetables and fruits, and more variety overall. However, we are satisfied that we chose an option with breakfast included; it was a nice start to every morning.

Parisi is one of the most beautiful hotel you would find. The lobby is breathtaking and the rooms are exceptionally well designed, spacious, and extraordinary well decorated. The location is excellent and the attitude of management is to resolve the issues and make your stay even more comfortable.

They are a busy hotel so sometimes service for small things was a bit slow but it’s nothing compared to everything tower they have to offer.

Very welcoming staff (both the reception and restaurant/lobby bar). Great rooms design and in room logistics. Great job done by creating this 5 star hotel experience in the corridors of an old passage. SPA is not big, but cozy and you have everything you need in there. Definitely value for money, maybe even too much.

Service and location here are exceptional - there is nothing that's too much trouble for the staff, and the hotel is so stunning, passer by walk in to look around in amazement at it.

It isn't the cheapest hotel but in terms of value for money, you get your moneys worth with the stunning venue and service, if you're looking for a budget holiday this is not the right choice

Hotel was beautiful .very accommodating. Even though we had a do not disturb sign on door, they still came back and cleaned room afterwards had gone out so was really impressed with that.

Slight problem at breakfast was that the hot goods cooled down a bit too much . But generally brilliant

Amazing hotel, perhaps the most beautiful I have ever seen. This building is about a hundred years old and has been restored to great detail. The entrance space consists of the hotel lobby and the restaurant and is an architectural work of art that takes you back in a moment to the 19th century. This is one of those hotels that put a smile on your face when you step into them and understand that here you are going to stay tonight. The staff is very courteous and responded to all our requests with a smile and willingness -service consciousness to the highest levels. The room was large and spacious, clean and well maintained. The shower is very fun. The room has a coffee machine, and bottles of water at the hotel's expense. The food in the restaurant and the desserts in the hotel cafe are really excellent and at affordable prices.

Everything was wonderful. In terms of design, it is a great pity that they did not invest more in the room doors (dark gray doors, modern and unattractive) that harm the design line of the hotel.
