Friendly staff: I thought I wouldn't get it because it wasn't there when I made the reservation, but when I checked in, they gave me a room for the handicapped. The staff was very helpful when it was difficult to connect to the internet.

1. I would like you to explain in advance how to connect to the Internet. It was difficult to solve by myself, so I had to go down to the lobby with my laptop. 2. It was difficult to access the parking lot after checking in. It was very inconvenient to park the car in front of the hotel, check in, and drive along the long road under construction to the parking lot. It was also difficult to go to pick up the car after checking in. Considering that it is under construction, wouldn't it have been better to explain in detail how to get to the parking lot without the guidance of the staff, or write a notice on the door leading to the parking lot from the lobby?

We used this hotel for a pit stop heading south. Although it is located in a busy street, you don't notice this at all in the hotel. The car entrance is via the back in a shared parking garage. Although expensive (18 euro's) it is very good accessible and can be reached via stairs or elevator. The rooms are spacious and have all you need. The airco works and is silent. Hotel has the greatest gym ever. Very big (around 50 m2) with everything you might need. Breakfast superb.

The restaurant is overpriced (30 euros for a schnitzel) and does not breath a very cosy atmosphere. Better go 'down town' on a 10 minute walk. Drinks at night are ok. The room has an interesting lay out meaning the bathroom is 'in the room'. The shower and toilet are behind a glass (milk glass door) but the sink and mirror and in the room. Nice but not for a 'first date' stay. Just to be aware of.

We most appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of the staff, particularly a gentleman named Abel Silva. He went out of his way to give us recommendations, directions, pleasantries, etc. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at AC Marriott. Parking was very convenient. On this trip, Marriott hotels stood out for all of the conveniences and comforts, and AC Marriott topped.

There was nothing with which to find fault - we would happily stay again.

Comfy bed, nice additional equipment such as iron and ironing board in room, Nespresso coffee in room, great location, 10min walk to the center of Wurzburg. Lavander bags for better sleep are really a nice touch!

Smart TV not working that well. I couldn’t connect my phone nor play youtube. On several days the cleaning staff could have done a better job. Breakfast is a bit pricy.

We loved everything about the hotel

When we were checking out, the property somehow could not provide the receipt and offered to send it by email later. More than 3 weeks after, there was no receipt or any reply to our enquiries (automated reponses don't count), an inaccurate amount was charged to our credit card. We find the whole experience too tiring, and are now trying to resolve the issue via Booking.com.

Staff on duty was polite and helpful. Our corner-room overseeing the courtyard was well-insulated, and there was no outside noise. There is nearby parking, and you can choose between covered and open parking. The restaurant is outstanding and comes highly recommended.

This location has not too much to fault. Perhaps the price could be a bit lower. Another suggestion for enhancement: add room service to service offering.

Modern design, great breakfast. They changed my parents room staight away to a handicapped room. Very attentive staff.

The rooms are missing some personal touch. Maybe some paintings that would also bring in some more colour. Something to distract from the big construccion site next to one room and the pile of dirt next to the other room. The handicapped friendly room looks very bear and clinical. With the high ceiling it seems huge. When you walk into the bathroom of the handicapped friendly room the only switch to press is an alarm button. My father pressed it by accident thinking it was a light switch. The shower is also missing a handle for a handicapped person.

Beautiful entrance to this modern and well decorated hotel. Room was large with comfortable beds and pillows. Ensuite walk in shower and well equipped bathroom area.. parking to.rear of.property in secure multi storey carpark. Reception was efficient and friendly with good dining recommendation. Great location for all Wurzburg attractions eith easy walk of 20mins to old town. .

The locations is excellent, as is the gym. The room is very well equipped and convenient (air-conditioning is a big plus these days). The lunch we had at the restaurant was really excellent and not pricey every time.

Since we arrived on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed, there was nothing to eat, other than some very basic chips and beer to be bought at the reception.

Tasteful, modern decor. New sparkling clean bathroom. Quick efficient check-in. Loved the good quality ironing board and iron.

I don’t like beds made with duvets in August which causes guests to leave the air conditioner on. It’s bad for the environment. Parking at 18€ per day seems expensive considering the location.
