Delta Hotels by Marriott Frankfurt Offenbach

I am a woman traveling alone. The parking garage was close by and brightly lit. I was always able to get parking on the entry level near the door. I never felt afraid there. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, whether it was the registration desk, cleaning staff or restaurant staff. My dinner in the on site restaurant was the best meal I had in Germany during my seven day trip to Germany. That included my stay in Berlin as well as Offenbach.

The refrigerator in my room did not work, even after I reported it as broken. Other than that my stay was above all my expectations. I felt pampered and spoiled. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Excellent visit to Offenbach.

The room was fantastic, big clean and with big windows. The bed was really king size, the bathroom was clean and equipped with everything you need to take shower

The view from the window is faced to the production area. The parking is too much expensive. My friends came to visit me for one hour and had to pay 20 EUR.

The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was even more spacious than expected and the be was really comfortable (and huge). The interior of the room was very nice and inviting. The location was a bit far from the city center, but very easy to reach by car or public transport

Unfortunetly, when we got to our room, there was only one set of towels present. After we informed the reception they brought us a second set. But the next day, after the cleaning service went through the room, again, only one set of towels was there. A minor inconvenience to an otherwise very pleasant stay

the location is just 15 min with car to zeil street 17 min to the airport , quite place with a view on the river, I would give the staff 10 stars for there profession rooms are spacious and nice

the bathroom is not isolated check the pictures to understand what i mean , there is no privacy they have no room service, if you want to eat something from the hotel you have to go to the restaurant at level 1 and breakfast is from 7 to 10 an , dinner opens from 7 pm to 10 pm if you miss it you won’t eat at the hotel

The hotel itself scores high on everything, very clean, good size rooms provided with all essentials (even iron and ironing table), safe , super quiet and very helpful polite staff.

The location not that great, far from the city centre and there is a good walking distance from the metro . Not much around in matters of shops and other services.

A decent hotel to stay. if you are looking for a quiet place, then it is the Hotel. good service provided by the staff. I am taking this opportunity to thank the front desk supervisor, Mr.Maruf Aref, who has taken all efforts to contact me to hand over the my wallet which I lost in the hotel room. I really appreciate the integrity and concern. keep it up Aref

Breakfast was adequate, rooms were roomy but no minibar. Nice soft beds, very good to sleep in, no backache in the morning! the Parkhouse was available from the hotel, very advantageous when it's raining and it was!

Air conditioning was not working well (in ALL 3 rooms!), the bathroom is nice, at the end of the room on the far side, close to an external wall, but no window! Eventually, in the morning, we saw an opening door with privacy fitting which wasn't indicated. No room service, no minibar.

The staff was very nice , room was bright and roomy , with GREAT view (15th floor). Very good wine selection in restaurant. Good option to take out food since room service wasn’t available (covid). Great comfortable beds. For me visiting an office near by very easy to find, right off the highway exit. Perfect location by the river. Think in the summer they have a terrace outside. Great parking garage. Will stay again.

Could have done with a few more towels in the room and some extra shampoo etc. but could probably have called reception and asked for that. Pillows were very hard and high. The room didn’t have a safe which would have been nice for wallets and passports. Wall to wall carpet was somewhat dirty looking, for such a new hotel it’s a shame they didn’t put in wooden floors. Also where my room was, it said non-smoking but you could feel the smoke in the corridor probably from other rooms. Breakfast was a bit limited , though not sure if it was due to the covid restrictions. Hotel lobby not very cozy, more like an entrance to an apartment building

Comfy room with a nice river view.

A bit remote from public transportation, e.g. Frankfurt’s metro. Took quite much time and my long distance call to get my booking (which was confirmed by Booking.com) sorted out at check-in as the hotel said they didn’t have my changed date records.

The reception staff in the evening was very helpful. I was looking for a supermarket to buy my hair spray. The staff gave good guidance and even found a cab for me outside the building. Thanks to him!

Well, fitness is great to have 24hrs open. It would be great to have a rowing machine of concept2.
