Motel One Frankfurt-Eastside

The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs, the room was modern and clean, as well as the bathroom. There was daily housekeeping and there were shops nearby (like Lidl or Aldi 10 mins away), you could reach the city center by foot in 30-40 minutes. Everything exceeded our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay. The ambient light and mattress were very nice, as well as the black-out curtains.

The only minor inconvenience was that the TV was smart but we couldn’t access the smart features (such as YouTube, Netflix), but it wasn’t that problematic because we were there to visit the city not necessarily watch TV.

This was the first time to stay in a Motel One for me and I was impressed. As it was an overnight work trip the hotel was perfect for me, well situated and well connected. The Staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and efficient. Like any business the Staff are the most important aspect and they stood out. The property itself is modern, clean and well designed.....in fact the design of the communal area and bar is first class and just a little bit different to the run of the mill!! All round, well appointed and good value for money in my opinion.

Nothing of note....except for the coffee at breakfast. Its a cultural thing so not really a criticism. I work alot in Italy where I have become used to very strong short coffees!

Very nice location far from the crowds and very cloce to the tram 11 stop. Quiet and safety part of Frankfurt. We were able to reach old city for 10-15 minutes with tram. Very clean and cosy. The staff was very helpful

The rooms are a little small but perfect for two nights and people without much luggage.

Lovely lobby with a non-stop bar stocked with both coffee and liquors. Staff was absolutely terrific, great humor and friendliness. Tram stop right outside to get us to and from central station. Decent to great restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was fine, with sweet staff to help.

Rooms were a bit small. OK, SMALL. But, fine for a short stay.

I liked everything about the hotel... it was clean, modern, tidy and very comfortable...the breakfast was good and the staff were amazing as well

The location it was far from the main area, but it was a long nice walk by the river to the centre

Location was ok as the tram stopped close to the hotel the hotel has a good car park and was close to the motorway system to miss Frankfurts chaotic traffic

Breakfast was good rooms small but bed was comfy

Range of vegan/non-diary options at breakfast was fantastic. Staff were really lovely and always polite, even if there was a language barrier

There was not kettle in the room or glasses. Paper cups aren’t environmentally friendly.

A hotel with very good services. It has a big, modern interior. The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfy bed. Close to metro & tram. It takes ~15 minutes to the city center. Tasty breakfast. Highly recommended it.
