Boston Hotel HH

The room was spacious with a little private balcony accessible from the room. The king bed was luxurious, with plenty of pillows. The shower was wonderful after our travels. WiFi and internet access were without a glitch. We ate dinner and breakfast both in the hotel restaurant and the food for both was delicious. Everyone helped graciously with all our requests...from hot water for my Yeti, translating a form I couldnt get in English for a reservation I was making, and for directions for the site seeing adventures we were attempting. The train station was only a few minute walk and bus line was also readily accessible. We are looking for an excuse to come stay here again.

big & clean room + good mattress + desk for working good location considering i had to work nearby but it's not in the center staff at breakfast was great

sometimes the room had heavy smell of sewage found some flies in the room due to sewage / humidity or something breakfast is expensive if you can not eat dairy, meat and gluten ( you can ask gluten free bread on request though ) room was a bit old + smell of old carpet water in the shower wasn't getting very warm

The bar is cozy, the interior of the rooms is really nice. We got a free upgrade for a bigger apartment room as well! Nice kitchen inside. Two balconies. Bathroom with huge rain shower and good water pressure. Start was friendly and forthcoming at all hours.

When we opened the windows on one side of the apartment, two very aggressive wasps entered the room and landed in the bedsheets. It was early November. Be careful when you're allergic like me!

I booked the “very large” room for three people. The room was really spacious, elegant and clean. The beds were crazily comfy and the shower was just out of this world. I will book the same room at this hotel every time I am visiting Hamburg from now on.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel, however just for the sake of answering the question, I think the location was a bit far from the city center, however since taxi is really affordable in Hamburg we didn’t have any problems.

The rooms were gorgeous and incredibly spacious. I expected bigger than usual rooms from previous reviews, but the sheer size surprised me. A small kitchen, a wardrobe room, a bathroom with shower, bidet and extra large bathtub. Finally the actual room at the end of a hallway with a couch and an arm chair, a table to work at and the bed itself. I also enjoyed the design a lot. Would definitely come again when coming to Hamburg for a musical.

The location isn't optimal for the city center, but we were going to a musical, so it was perfect. The shower was a little low for tall people.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large room, very comfy bed (409), little balcony(!!) - what a bonus. Nice breakfast (staff should have been a bit more aware when foods needed replenishing). Central location, close to public transport, quite few restaurants, take aways and bubs/bars nearby (recommend open-mic night at Brückenstern)

Arrived after dark & room was too dimmly lit. At first, couldnt find the switches for the 2 floor lamps, which were foot operated and not easily accessible (1 behind a desk!). No ceiling light, just a few spot lights by the entrance and wardrobe. Only coffee pods machine, no kettle/ tea in room.

Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big, comfy room with a beautiful view on a quiet street lined with chestnut (if I remember correctly) trees. Beautiful lobby and restaurant. The hotel is nicely situated, close to cafes, restaurant and a park.

We were extra charged for the access - the mere availability of - a sauna. We didn't use it, not once. Charging guests for the mere presence of something in the building seems unjustified to me.

Nice, clean room with good amenities. Needed another pillow or two but didn't end up asking for one. Seemed like a good location, we only stayed 1 night, but easily accessible by S-Bahn. Rewe grocery story right downstairs and some restaurants nearby, though not a ton. Quiet area, felt very safe.

Kind of hot in the room. Needed more pillows. The bathroom door was super heavy and automatically closed so you couldn't leave it open at night, kind of weird.

The size of the room, the huge luxury bathroom and the little things like the dressing gown, complimentary water, fridge. The staff were welcoming and accomodating. The breakfast was delicious and they served great coffee. It was within walking distance of the parts of Hamburg we like, with lots of shops and places to eat.

It was a little hot without air-conditioning and a little noisy with windows open.

Very beautiful and big room. Bed was very comfortable. Complementary water and coffee. Breakfast was also very good.

Additional bed in a Junior suite for our 6yr old son would have costed 50eur- that is too much. Breakfast for our son was 15eur - he literally had a piece of bread with 3 salami pieces and water.
