B&B Hotel Hamburg-Altona

Clean and spacious room for a family of four. Perfect for a one-night stay. Breakfast had good value for money. Free parking was available close by. BUS station (for the BUS line to Hamburg City Center) was just in front of the hotel.

Due to a National Holiday, it was supper busy in the hotel. Because of this, our room was not ready from the time stated on the Booking site. We had to wait an additional hour for the room to be cleaned and ready for us. The location of the kitchen for breakfast is literally in the main Hotel hallway. Not very hygienic and quite busy in the morning.

Big family room with nice bunk beds for the kids. The room was clean. Great as a stopover for a night while on the way south or north. Close to the main highway. Parking garage close by. Shower was good with enough pressure.

Nothing. It was all good.

Car Charging point close to the hotel. No nonsense style and approach. You get what is needed. Breakfast buffet efficient with adequate choice of products.

We did not see a lot of staff. Only at check-in, but reception was unmanned when we left.

Room was comfortable and clean. Facilities and service perfectly suited to what one would expect out of a B&B. Enough options at breakfast for adults and children alike.

Parking was a little inconvenient and wasn't explained too well how to get there and out. But it was addressed after repeating the questions. Air conditioning was a bit too strong and reducing the temperature setting didn't help. We had to turn it off.

Air condition was amazing! We had plenty of space in the room for my family (2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog) keyless entry was also amazing. Liked that we could park our car in nearby garage.

Better flow for breakfast. Some of the food items were in the hallway where there’s heavy foot traffic

New hotel with breakfast, very good bed. Close to new residential area, big supermarket and to train station Hamburg-Altona.

Soap and Shampoo, Dushgel was empty and also after reporting this issue it was not filled in.

Lovely hotel in Hamburg Altona, around 20min walk to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff, room and bed were super comfortable, my room was very quiet, the Wifi was super fast and the shower was incredible.

Very large room, bigger than the last we had, but only single beds. A small table to sit around, would have been perfect if there had been tea and an electric kettle.

Bathroom is too small for 4 people. Windows looked directly onto the windows of the building next to it, so drapes must be closed for pivacy, but would also shut out light.

Very good place for a short family stay in Hamburg. Location just a few minutes from the very center of the city. Friendly staff and clean room.
