Residhotel Golf Grand Avignon

The apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished. The bathroom was great with double wash basins, a large bath and separate shower. Plenty of hot water. Both the living room and bedroom had large (double glazed) French doors and views onto the garden. Would be great in warmer weather. Safe parking right outside the apartment. Easy access from the motorway but a very quiet location. Great value for money. We will stay here again as the positives greatly outweigh the negatives.

We arrived at 3pm to checkin and reception was closed and did not open until 4pm. No explanation was given (reception is advertised as being open from 2pm) but we were offered free breakfast as compensation. However the following morning when we arrived for breakfast at 8 the room was packed and there was almost no food left so we didn't get our free breakfast. Two out of the three lights in the living room didn't work. The TV in the living room didn't work but the one in the bedroom did. The hob in the kitchenette needs replacing as it was very difficult to get it to work. Basically they need a good maintenance person.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. We only stayed one night en route to Spain, and had an apartment with a great view of the golf course. We enjoyed the breakfast as there was a good variety of food that catered for all tastes.

The exterior of the buildings are quite run down and in need of some maintenance, cleaning, and updating. It's not a great first impression. Some renovations of broken steps and a lick of paint will do wonders. I don't think I would spend more than a night or two there, but golf fanatics will no doubt love it. Taking better care of the exterior will make anyone's stay there all the more pleasant.

We travelled in november, and this was a good off season deal. Big apartment, with big bed, livingroom and a small balkony. Small dishwasher was handy. Bathroom with bath and shower. Quiet location, still close to motorways. Close to golf course.

The kitchenette was very basic, suitable for breakfast and lunch, but not for making dinner. Kitchen utensils needs an update, too many things missing. Not that we needed a big kitchen, we dined out every day, but maybe good to know for others.

The accommodation was spacious, very good AC and beds and bedding were very comfortable. The location worked very well for us to visit neighbouring sights. The staff was very helpful. The views from the room overlooking the golf course were great.

The decor and kitchen were very dated. Equipment could do with an upgrade. And the shower tray wasn't draining very well. The advert at reception said food could be ordered but that wasn't the case. Swimming pool umbrellas didn't have anything to secure them so they kept flying off.

The customer service was excellent and all the staff were happy and available at all times. The team clearly works well and The size and facilities in the apartment for a very good. The air conditioning was excellent (although unfortunately on our last two nights it stopped working). That said the staff made sure that somebody came out to fix it as soon as possible. The view on the golf course side of the property was beautiful and the large (covered) terrace was perfect for dining.

It would have been nice if additional cutlery and kitchen equipment was available (only enough for 2 people). A small service to purchase milk and baguettes in the morning would have been excellent as although the supermarket is a five minute drive it would be nice to buy the staples on site. Further attention to cleaning the properties before guests arrive would have been good.

The apartments were huge and the bed was massive, nice, firm and comfy. There was a kitchenette, a TV in the lounge and another in the bedroom, comfy sofa, shower and a bath and a balcony.

Nothing to dislike about the accommodation. Parking close to the room may be an issue if you arrive late as it did get very busy. Not easy to find if you don't have an up to date sat nav as there's been some road alterations nearby.

Bed and blanket and pillow sets very comfortable. Free parking, right at the entrance. Very kind employee at the reception. Very large room size!!!

Dusty bathroom shelf, but the bathroom itself - floors, sink and shower were clean. One of the sinks in the bathroom had a broken stopper and it was impossible to drain the water from the sink. Thin walls.

Very comfortable apartment, quiet and wiev on golf court. Outdoor pool os good. Parking place is infront of apartment.

The entrance of all apartments have to be closed at 9 PM but we have found close door on 6 PM or on 8 PM. Don't forget a code for opening a door.

The bed is extra large, 2 m . Very comfy. linen good quality. Buffet breakfast is available but kitchen is well appointed to eat in. Quiet area.Large unit with bath and a separate shower.

The location is remote from Avignon, you need a car for sure.

Good apartment, perhaps not so new, but clean and warm, including all you may need from a hotel stay. Great location for Provence sightseeing for a reasonable value!

Limited number of personnel needed to keep lower price leads to sometimes slow contact. I was not getting response from the property for some time while I had some questions before making the reservation.
