Terre de Provence Hôtel & Spa

The Hotel has the structure of a Motel (each room has its own entrance), plenty of parking space inside. Rooms are quite modern, clean, basic (no luxury) but with all amenities. I used the gym every morning, quite small, but I was alone so it was fine. We didn't have breakfast and I didn't use the SPA so I cannot comment on that. The hotel is located in the industrial area right outside the highway, so it's a convenient solution if you travel by car, and want to save some money, as it's cheaper than staying in the city center, or if you want to travel to different places in the area. Avignon is only 10 mins drive so very easily reachable. Bakery just in front was a good option for breakfast. Overall it was a good solution for us, travelling with 2 kids.

The SPA was not included in the hotel rate but had to be paid separately (36 euros for a slot of 1.5 hours + 1hour the day after), which I didn't understand when booking. This made the hotel a bit pricy, given the location. There is a restaurant in the hotel but options are quite restricted, especially not ideal if you travel with kids. But there are some restaurants within 5 mins drive, apart from fast foods, which were quite good (for example we tried Le Vieux Marché and La Villa Salato). The area itself is nothing nice, just industrial area full of all the big stores (ikea, mc donalds, etc), but as said, convenient if you drive there just to sleep.

Better than expected. Hotel in the area of the centre commercial de Le Pontet, not where I normally would book but for staying over it was much better than expected. Clean room, well isolated and with good airconditioning (outside 35°), good bed, reasonable bathroom. Very friendly staff, without exception! Certainly for a hotel in this category it's exceptional. Good breakfast. Free parking spot. Short 10-15 min drive to Avignon Centre. Nothing to complain about. If you look for a special 'Provence' experience, this is not the place to be. If you look for a decent hotel with good service at a reasonable price, close to Avignon, it's recommended.

Nothing to complain about.

The room was excellent, in fact probably one of the best rooms we had whilst we staying in France. The room wasn't huge but was clean, cool, and the bed was really comfortable. There was a good sized TV in the room with a wide choice of channels. There was secure parking for my Motorcycle , which we could park right outside our room. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food. Even though the hotel is on a industrial area there is a good selection of restaurants near by.

Really funky room. Very clean and a good bathroom. Lots of space in the family room and close to a couple of themed restaurants which was also good for the kids. Good secure parking too.

It was a bit expensive to use the pool and the kids weren't allowed in even if we wanted to pay

The place was clean and quiet, the location didn’t really matter to us so I don’t know if it was good, the price is pretty good compared to other places, the only problem was that the bathroom door doesn’t close till the end, the staff were very nice.

The staff was super attentive and very friendly. All spoke English well and really tried to make your stay something special. The premises are well gated and have closed parking. Breakfast was good value for money.

We stayed here for a night since most of the hotels in Avignon were fully booked. It was easy to get to by car and had plenty of parking. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed.

The staffs were willing to help from the beginning. They were so friendly and kind. Especially the safety of the parking lot was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was excellent!

Clean, comfortable, functional facilities . Every member of staff was amazing. I have rarely seen such a professional, friendly and helpful team from reception to the restaurant. The food was good and healthy.

Located close to all commerce, and a few restaurants, I cannot comment on the Spa as I didn't use it, complex is gated, nice courtyard with tables to sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine, plus an on site restaurant. English spoken.
