Residhome Toulouse Occitania

Great location as we were seeing a concert and the stadium was a 5 minute walk. Staff extremely pleasant. Car parking was secure. Rooms exactly what we expected and more for what we paid. Would definitely stay again. x

The hotel is well situated in regards to public transport, trams, busses, the metro is near and the way there from the airport is also good. Our apartment was composed of two separate rooms, one with a bed and a TV, the other with a well-equipped kitchen, a sofa and another TV. Then there was separate bathroom and restroom. The apartment had A/C, good windows and excellent blinds. The bed was big. There are many small and even bigger shops around, McDonalds, local restaurants etc.

Overall, the apartment was well cleaned, but there were some spots that were neglected. Nothing major.

We had a lovely stay here for a couple of nights whilst travelling across France. The hotel staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and functional. The location was close to local shops, supermarkets and there were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. It was easy to get to the city centre for sightseeing and it is close to transport links. The hotel supplied an excellent breakfast and lovely pool. This was most welcome during a 40°C heat wave. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable, it was nice to have a kitchen too, to make our own breakfast and put our food in the small fridge. The facility has a nice patio area with a pool - sadly we did not take the time to enjoy it. It was also lovely to have free parking! They apparently have a great 100% organic breakfast, but we hadn't reserved the night before and therefore could not enjoy it the following morning as there was nit enough for us - they do this to avoid wasting food, which I fully support!!

We arrived by car, it was a bit stressful to find a parking around to first check in and then park in their free parking. I wish there was a simpler/faster way - for instance, if we were given an access code when booking, so we could park right away in the space. Or an intercom system at the parking gate so the staff can confirm who you are and open the gate for you when you first arrive. Or if there was a temporary parking place near by the main entrance while the initial check in is being done. After a long day of driving, it was a bit stressful to have to take so many steps to register and park the car.

Everything clean, secure parking, friendly staff, very comfortable bed and pillows and, despite the location, was very quiet. Fourth floor view of the hippodrome, trains, trams, buses and aircraft taking off or coming into land overhead was fascinating. Perfect location for us as our daughter lives nearby, but the tram stop was 100 metres away for going into the centre. Didn't try the breakfast as self-catered.

All good for a short stay no complaints.

The location was excellent, was near by the airport and was not far from the centre of Toulouse, was easy to go everywhere in Toulouse. The tram and buses was just few steps from the hotel and takes you everywhere, the train station was not far either. There was big supermarket near by the hotel and few cafes. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the rooms and pool were in good size and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and had lot of varieties of breads , cheeses, fruits , salads , drinks , eggs and many that I don’t remember at top of my head. I highly recommend this hotel and I loved Toulouse so next time I visit Toulouse I will book this hotel again.

We love the room with a small kitchen. Being English, we can make a cup of tea when we want, and have breakfast in the room when it suits. The beds are always very comfortable and the staff kind and helpful. So, easy to get to the centre of Toulouse, the stadium or zenith, by tram and metro. Also a smashing little swimming pool.

The breakfast is quite expensive 15€. Maybe, for a full English, but not for a continental. No control in the swimming pool, can be a bit rowdy.

As I was not using my car during my stay, I was more than pleased to have the use of garaged parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

The only comment I would make here is that the toilet is off the hallway and to wash your hands you have to walk through the lounge/kitchen area and bedroom before you get to the bathroom.

Aldi and lidi close by for self-catering needs close to the capital of toulouse bus stop and tram on the door step, if you don't have a toaster when you arrive, reception will bring you one, iron bord and iron available at reception, swimming pool a little deep no shallow end for little ones but floats allowed

Nothing everything perfect

Comfortable bed, large bedroom. Lovely terrace and view of racecourse. Kitchenette was really useful too. Private gated parking for bike gave us piece of mind that it was safe. Helpful reception staff. Well placed for a short walk to the Metro to get to Toulouse.

We couldn't fault it.
