Our room was sparkling clean, bright and fresh looking. The décor of the whole building appeals. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The tram into the city centre is very nearby and a great way to travel. The breakfast was good.

It is very difficult on arrival to find somewhere to park the car while checking in. Both free and paid parking are a good walk away. The saddest thing for me is I left a dress hanging in the cupboard, and although I asked about it on the day of checkout I was told it wasn’t there.

More or less everything was on point - the room, the cleanliness, the tidiness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was a good size, it was spotless, and the wifi and the number of plug sockets were excellent. the breakfast was plentiful and the various things on offer were regularly replenished. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel was near to a tram stop which was a couple of minutes from the Gare Centrale and 10 minutes from the city centre

There really wasn't anything I could fault with the hotel itself. There weren't any places to eat or buy stuff in the immediate locale, but you're a stop away from the main station on the tram, which has more or less everything

Stayed for 5 amazing nights. Good location - It is located some 150m from tram A and D station and parking "Rotonde". You can reach the city centre or central gare in only few minutes! The hotel is new (2018), quiet, and very well managed.The rooms are very clean, soundproofed, and well equipped with expensive furniture. Room's lighting is excellent. Amazing TV with 100 premium quality channels for every choice and in several languages. You have also an option to share to TV your own content from your iOS or Android phone. Excellent bathroom, bedding, pillows and towels. Everywhere smells nice and fresh. Very smart and practical COVID measures implemented onsite so you are save here. Video surveillance on all floors and key access in all rooms, so you are also secure here. The hotel has two modern high speed lifts that can be used without waiting. Last but not least - Amazing staff work here !!! The reception team speaks several languages and is very responsible and very helpful, they try to bring your stay and satisfaction at the highest level and to respond of all you needs. The receptionists were always so helpful. It is close to the tram stop that takes you to the centre. Like a 5 minute walk. Note this means you will need to spend extra to go to the train station every day. The room was good. Clean. Bed were made everyday. The shower worked. Toilet paper and towels were provided. Truly content with room. Enough space to open my luggage. Multiple lights and power sockets. Two lifts. Everything works but card. Area felt safe as a solo female traveler in August till 9 pm (I wasn't out after so I cannot say for after). Bed was comfy, shower was good. Honestly I'd stay here again.

Like I said you do need to purchase more tickets to get here. If you have a heavy luggage it feels a little extra whaha. Not a lot of stores nor restaurants around unless you go to the centre. But it's a good location never the less. The room doesn't have a fridge. You can reserve one for a night for ten euros ..but you need to tell them in advance.

We really liked this hotel. To start with, the hotel is fairly new and all the little details that are involved with building a hotel were considered carefully and executed well. It is totally comfortable, has lots of small details that are unexpected and nice bonuses, and has a well-trained and personable staff. Their handling of details for guest safety during the pandemic are also first rate. For example, they have two elevators. One is being used for going up only and one is being used for going down only. We have not seen that anywhere else in our pandemic travels. A further word about the staff: many hotels staffs in the world are quite pleasant. The staff at this hotel, actually seems to like talking to the guests, going beyond merely being pleasant. They seem genuinely interested in their guests and are open to sharing about themselves and their city. They are eager to please, and are not mere faces behind the desk when you arrive. The price when we stayed also was quite reasonable and well worth it. The easiest way to get to the hotel from the train station is to go downstairs when you reach the bubble area of the station and take either the A or D tram to Retonde, which is the first stop--about a ten-minute ride. After that it's about a 100 meter walk to the hotel. My wife and I both have the same impression, and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was wonderful, very clean and comfortable. It is a very nice hotel in a good location in Strasbourg (just one stop away from Gare and 3 stops to get close to Petite France). It is very good value for money. I highly recommend it.

Over the phone we were told that we would be able to check in earlier (at 14:00), but in the end we waited in the hotel lobby and the room wasn't ready in time not even for the normal check in (at 15:00). That was a small inconvenience for our day, nothing major.

The receptionist was helpful and informative. Helped with luggage storage and directions to the center. The room and facilities are all good. Location close to tram for easy access to the city.

Breakfast. Food fine. Layout of the serving area surprisingly small and congested. It is hard to access food with other people in such a confined area. Made the breakfast experience frustrating. The thinking behind the design should be rethought. And then knock a wall down here or there.

The hotel was very close to the city centre (a few minutes with the tram), but at the same time in a quiet area. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with an AC, TV, little fridge, safe and some coffees and teas. The staff was friendly and the receptionist Victoria very helpful. She explained everything we needed to know well and with patience, she even had some good restaurant recommendations. The parking was not an issue. A few meters away there is a public garage where you can easily park your car. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Strasbourg.

Room was great! Bed a little soft, otherwise very comfortable and a good size. Room was very clean, staff were very helpful, very professional, both boys were lovely and kind and friendly at the reception. The cleaning staff were very kind and cleaned our room and made our beds although we didn't ask for it. We didn't speak very much French but the staff made a real effort to speak English. You were all great and we felt welcomed. Thank you.

Location was a little out of town. We were tired and it was a long walk to the hotel from the main station, so we recommend the tram. Towels were somewhat dusty, maybe because of the tumblers, but it's not tragic.

I made a last-minute booking for this hotel, and I'm extremely happy that I did. It's definitely a hidden gem among Strasbourg hotels. The location is very convenient; just one tram stop away from the central train station. What's impressive is that despite being so close to the city center, it's situated in a quiet and almost rural area. All the facilities are brand new and exceptionally clean, which is perfect for someone as meticulous as me. The breakfast is a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it, especially considering that kids can have breakfast for free. The staff is genuinely kind and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the place is fantastic. One minor drawback, depending on personal preferences, is that the property is situated between three old cemeteries. However, I don't think it should be a major concern unless it's a highly sensitive topic for you. On the flip side, there's a lovely park across the street from the hotel, which I highly recommend visiting!
