Adagio Strasbourg Place Kleber

The location is very convenient, within easy walking distance and path to the riverside, to the shopping square, to the cathédrale and to Petite France. The small balcony is lovely and can overlook the lively street down there. However it was quite noisy whenever trains passes down there, and you could hear people running around upstairs in the middle of the night. The front desk staff and cleaning staff are very nice and helpful! But I will rate it a 3+star rather than a 4 stars, because of the absence of a proper front desk when checkin and out. The front desk just look like a temporary working desk set up outside the canteen area on 1/floor. And as some comments mentioned in previous review, the bed, though comfortable, there is a potential risk of a piece of hard metal protruding out from the edge of the bed on both sides! when you walk pass the corner of the bed, you will hurt painful by its metal corners, and when you get out of the bed, unless you deliberately try to keep you keg one step away from the bed edge, otherwise you will be hurt by that protruding metal which just lie halfway down the bed’s length! I have been hurt painful for a numerous times for a stay of a few days! It really need to pay attention by the hotel. Other than that, the room is lovely in design. The size and design of the working desk is very nice too!

We had the studio room. The hotel has a lift and very easy to get around. You can purchase breakfast, but we bought items at a local market and cooked in the small kitchen. LOCATION!!! Perfect for those that walk and some the use public transportation. We walked from the train station to the hotel. Restaurants, small market and entertainment within a few blocks.

Too short of time - we were there four days - loved the city and area.

Great location, three minutes walk from the main sights of Strasbourg. Right on the tram line (not that we needed to use it!) Comfortable bed, nice room facilities. Breakfast was nice, fresh ingredients. Coffee was a winner! The breakfast area was ... petite, with seating at a premium. No big deal, just wait a few minutes and its sorted! Staff were extremely helpful. Our suite was on the second floor, facing the main street (and tram line). Just make sure you close the window before sleep, as the trams start early (5:00am) and you will hear them!

Nothing - all good

The apartment is spacious, with comfortable bed, a good wardrobe and large writing desk. The kitchen is well equipped and clean, I was able to do simple cooking. There are garbage rooms every floor for you to dump the trash, and the laundry is open 24 hrs which is very convenient (5€). The location is superb. It is at the very centre of the major tram lines and I could easily access different parts of the city and walk to the notable sight-seeing spots. One thing to note is that the hotel is located along the tram line and you must get on cars on the next street. It's a good hotel for business.

The breakfast items were not always refilled, when there were more guests, they might not be much food to choose and I had to wait for coffee mugs to be cleaned.

the staff were exceptional. David and Lizzy could not have been more helpful. A great team. The location could not have been better. Breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen really well equipped. The place was very clean and well maintained.

Nothing to dislike and it was very good value for money. We would have preferred a walk-in shower to a shower over the bath.

Excellent location, close to train station and the centre of town. Comfortable bed and good sized bathroom with bath. Easy check in and check out, plus the luggage room was handy post check out until we were ready to leave.

Needed a bit of maintenence eg no plug in kitchen and the kitchen kick boards were not secured. The outdoor deck was nice, but all the plants were dead which was a shame, as it could have been a much nicer space if well maintained.

It was just as we expected, a perfectly located studio with all necessary equipment. Studio is decently sized, with nice bathroom. Bed was little bit smaller than we prefer but it was OK even for me -1,96m high. Room is nicely sound isolated and we didn’t have problem with traffic sound from the outside or with sounds from neighboring rooms. Hotel is equipped with elevator.

Great location, great price

No staff available for checkout, waited 20 mins and no one about 8.30 in the morning so not an unusual time to check out - therefore we couldn’t get discounted parking verified and had to pay 64 euro to park - not good enough really, someone should be available

The breakfast had a good variety of products salty and sweet, the monument is historical and the staircase are wonderful! The Location is perfect 1min away from Place Kléber, when opening the windows if you are on the street side you can hear the tram passing otherwise closed you don’t hear anything.

I loved the location, the friendly staff was awesome

My room key stopped working on the second day and I could not get in to the hotel or into my room. I am thankful that the emergency number/person was able to get me into the property, and they called the on- site person who was able to get me into my room with a short delay.
