1. May be people at reception should be more polite and not show their stress on already stressed guests. Everyone has bad days may be little more patience can help. 2. booking.com did not mention anything about "Security Deposit" but on arrival hotel asked us to pay the security deposit which was strange.

Comfy beds, excellent bathroom and shower. Breakfast was delicious and underground parking easily accessible.

Somewhat judgemental receptionist's during the day. Customer's shouldn't be judged and treated accordingly based on their attire - despite my family all dressed for holiday mode. Other customer's were treated differently from us because of their formal (business) clothing! Despite this it didn't dampen our experience or mood -because at least with my little knowledge of French, there was a bit of appreciation that I made the effort to communicate with them in their local language, they helped greatly when they spoke in English. Overall we enjoyed our stay, I'd still recommend this hotel to anyone, especially its close proximity to CDG Airport. Free parking would've gone a long way instead of paying for it daily, but it is what it is. C'est la vie.

The day staff were very helpful. Check-in was easy. The hotel is very clean and smells nice. They also offer children a small toy at check-in. You get 2 bottles of water per day.

The night staff was not very friendly or helpful. We was buzzing to get into the hotel from the car park for 10 mins. Anything could have happened. They need key access into the hotel for safety reasons at late nights. You are only allowed 3 coffee per day. If you ask for more, you will not get it. My room was also not cleaned one of the days, as i told the cleaning lady i was leaving in 1 hour and to please come back. Random people were parked in the disabled parking and one night the parking was full of busses so i couldn't get to the parking.

Beautiful and clean room. Big bathroom with tube and shower,full and fast air-condition. Espresso machine into the room with two or three capsules. Cold water into the fridge. The location is very nice if you want to catch a next day flight, close to the airport and they also offer a shuttle to the airport for 3 euros/person . Friendly reception staff.

Not friendly restaurant-bar staff, we sat for dinner,waiters keep passing by me about 20 minutes without asking me for order,they were watching football. The shuttle doesn't work all day,so two times we had to call an uber.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the most pleasant customer service, I forgot the gent's name but he was really nice and helpful. The decor in the lobby was really nice and the bar had some lovely drinks. The room definitely exceeded my expectations by far in many ways. First of all, the staff kindly decorated the room and left a lovely note for my partners 25th birthday. This was so thoughtful and greatly appreciated. The room itself was spacious and had various mirrors and sinks which I love. The shower was powerful enough and the bed was super comfy. The complimentary slippers and robe was a nice touch too. And again, the customer service we experienced throughout was absolutely amazing. Being a person of colour I am always nervous as to how I will be treated in other countries but every member of staff were some of the most friendly and helpful people I've come across.

Nothing much, if I had to pick something out I'd say maybe a fully stocked fridge would've been nice but otherwise there's literally nothing I could fault about this place. I am just typing this as I had to say something in this section but I would've happily left it blank.

Can't say much as we stayed only for less than 6 hours because of a delayed flight. It is a great hotel for overnight stays when flying intercontinental. It is close to CDG airport, only 10 minutes by taxi or shuttle. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was big enough. They also have a shuttle service for only 3€ per person.

The shuttle bus is only available in certain hours and after 22.15 is supposed to be out of service. A bit of bad communication (as we personally ask for the shuttle service) meant that we didn't realize the shuttle bus was still in service for some of the guests even at 23 (probably because of a lot of delayed flights), and that could have saved us 30€ of taxi. If you plan to visit Paris is not a good choice as is very far and around there is nothing of interest.

The location of the hotel suited my preference as it was not far from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our stay. Considering the proximity to the airport, I was impressed with the hotel structure in terms of management of sound pollution from the busy schedule of the airport.

The menu for the breakfast was too simple and basic especially for my children especially when compared to our experiences in Brussels, Amsterdam, and Warsaw. I will suggest that the English Breakfast menu is improved upon to include other varieties/ options for children majorly.

The room was the best feature of the hotel.

The staff needs to trained better. At check in we were informed that the breakfast was served from 6am to 11:00 am. However on the third day they closed at 10:30 and the staff wasn’t bothered when asked. Although I wasn’t charged when I spoke to the surpervisor. The quality of breakfast needs to improve especially when there is not much to eat around. They need to introduce more quality palatable hot food. The scrambled eggs they served was good taste and the chicken was dry.

The room was very nicely planned and functional, the breakfast was good, and the price too. There is a hotel shuttle from/to the airport (though not 24/7). The personnell were helpful and we had to problems communicating in english.

The hotel dodn't answer our inquiry about the number of people on booking (maybe this is partly because of a strange booking.com UI), but the problem was settled upon arrival. There was not shuttle and no food at night, but we called a taxi and Uber Eats, and all was good finally.
