They offered a free airport shuttle, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean and the breakfast was offered from 5 am which was good for an early flight.

How to catch the shuttle wasn’t clear and caused us some stress.

The hotel staff at the reception was kind and welcoming. It is managed by young people who give it that young feel yet professional. We had no trouble booking the shuttle to the airport and get it back to the hotel. The room was very spacious, very clean and bed, pillows and the sofa were comfortable and clean. No bugs whatsoever, which is always a concern of mine. It was also very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise given how close to the airport it is. It is well located and one can take walks around and discover that part of Roissy and find some very good restaurants. I totally would be back

If i am to be picky, I would say that I prefer corner bed sheet on beds. Also, providing a couple of glass cups.and a couple of forks, knives and spoons without paying 10 euros would be a nice gesture.

Great the free shuttle bus to & from the airport. Help is available when at pickup area with porters as to where to stand for individual buses The king size bed was very comfortable & doona cover enough The space was very clean Lots of space. To much for 2 people. That was good. Lounge/ couch was good Breakfast was good

No extra bedding if one required more pillows or blankets No milk or water in the refidge. No dishwashing liquid or a teatowel & no tablet for dishwasher ONLY 2 teabags 2 biscuits 2 tiny longlife milk pods for an overnight stay. If you prefer to use china over the paper cups wooden stirrers supplied. A deposit was required to have them Not used to this Maybe some of the above items were delivered if asked for ? Without paying !!??

The room was spacious enough and very clean. Staffs were eager to help and friendly.

I couldn’t use my charger and I couldn’t get a charger because the vending machines couldn’t accept my debit card and it doesn’t accept Apple Pay as we. It might be because I’m using a pounds account I’m not sure. Secondly, there were not enough choices in the food menu and I have to wait till 7:00pm to have dinner can’t order food till that time it’s annoying especially when you are coming from a long journey and you feel hungry.

I like the value. My hotel room was like a studio. It was equipped with a kitchen and lot of amenities. There were a stove, a microwave, an electric kettle, etc. packages of coffee, tea, sugar, etc were provided. The hotel lobby was bigger than what I expected. There were vending machines on site, a restaurant, etc. Note, I didn't make any purchases at the hotel. The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to and from the Airport. What amazed me the most is how courteous and professional the receptionists were at the hotel. They could communicate in English if needed to. The location of the hotel is safe. I walked solo at night. It is accessible by public bus. It is surrounded by at least a dozen of other hotels.

The Internet connection in my room was not working on the first day. I had to step out into the hallway to go on line. However, once brought the issue to the hotel staff, the service was restored and I didn't experience any glitches going forward. The other issue was there was no heat in the room even though still cold in March. In fact, they even kept the AC on. Fortunately, the hotel provided heavy and thick blankets to stay warm while sleeping.

Really good location, close to CDG airport and about a 10 minute walk to a bus stop that we used to get to the train station in Goussainville which we used to get to the centre of Paris the 2 days we were there (total €4.50 for a one way trip). Also a shopping centre about a 20 minute walk away. The free shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful. They also have a vending machine full of things you may have forgotten/need. We used it to get umbrellas one evening when it was chucking it down but I also remember seeing shaving foam + razors, female sanitary products, toothpaste + toothbrush, deodorant and shower gel. The room we had was a good size so we weren't constantly in each other's space, and affordable. Very helpful staff too, I had an issue with my Booking.com payment which they resolved for me so I didn't have to worry about it.

Every time we came back to the room in the evening our key didn't work. Unsure why, but the staff managed to resolve the issue quickly, just a minor inconvenience. The room was mostly clean, bar a few bits of lint and dust on the floor, however overall satisfactory.

Can you please add on your site that clients can take bus 27 from the Paris CDG airport from the T1 bus station, as it would greatly help the travellers. I had a very tough time getting it and this would really help your clients get to you on time.

The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The rooms do not facilitate with any food facility or water or anything. You need to manage your own or probably ask the receptionist to give away portable water.

The shuttle service to airport has limited timings. And if you need to book in cab you need to careful since the staff charge you 25 euros but the actual price to go to airport is 10 euros. Its best to make own arrangements in calling the cab instead of taking the help of the staff at the desk. You may face little issue with language. Be mindful. Apart from paying the room rent you need to pay city tax that may be 6 euros which always charged at the property and not mentioned in the booking website.

Room was very nice with comfortable beds. Convenient location to airport and very safe quiet village. Good value. A couple of decent restaurants nearby.

Rooms were nice but the entry area and elevator area was very tired, dated. For the price I am glad they updated the rooms rather than the common areas. Also, beware that the shuttle only goes to near Terminal 2B. We were in 2E so it was an extra 15 minutes to get to 2E so plan time accordingly if you are not near 2B.
