I think most of the people exaggerate when saying the location is bad. I mean, it's not the best-looking location, and it was quite rubbishy but overall, there were no problem even after dark. Metro is 10m walk. For those who are on a low budget, it's a good option.

The room was quite hot, and the windows can't be opened. But we asked at the reception for the key and after that we could leave the window open (the sad thing is that they had only one window opener, so after opening we could either close it or block it with a bottle or something)

The room are very clean and comfortable

The location is not very good, it is far away and I didn't feel very safe on the way. Additionally, I didn't feel welcome and thought the employee was a bit rude.

Breakfast good value relative to food prices in Paris. Room was really quiet and blackout blinds did their job. Room was exactly as it was in the pictures. Free water at reception. Good base at a reasonable price to explore Paris

Although we had heard bad things about the location it wasn't as bad as expected. Was not harrassed and did not see many homeless/beggars. When we did they were approachingcars at yhe lights and we saw 3 homeless people under the bridge away from the hotel. Walk to metro not well lit after the bridge and there were to the roadworks which meant the path after the Bridge was on the road, so need to be vigilant when walking at night. For some reason the top bunk in our room was never made by room service?? Had to ask for it to be made on arrival too. There is nothing around the hotel, shops, cafes but could rder take out or just bring snacks back to the hotel. No free tea/coffee facilities on site, have to pay.

Hotel was great, bright rooms and all the facilities we needed.

The location, as others have mentioned is not ideal. On the very edge of the city, and not the nicest area. However, we (3 girls) did not have any problems. Its a short walk (along a main road) to the metro stop (5-10min) which takes you straight to the centre. A good option if you want to visit Paris on a budget.

At the beginning after seeing so many negative comments we were very much afraid but once we reached the place our view changed. Below pointers would help : 1. The location was not at all bad. Pont Hainguerlot bus stop is just 200 metres from the hotel. The Metro Porte de la Chapelle is around 500 metres (do not trust google always as it was not showing the best route). From Porte de la Chapelle you can almost go anywhere (even a direct bus to CDG airport) 2. There were many reviews about homeless people around the hotel which felt unsafe. I travelled with my wife and son and one day we returned to hotel at 1 AM using public transport and we did not find anything unsafe and there could be one or two homeless people but they never bothered us. So there is nothing to worry. 3. The hotel staff were very polite and cooperative. The was always some refreshing cold orange drink at any point of the day or night. 4. The AC worked perfectly fine. No complaints 5. The rooms were small but space was well managed. 6. Although the hotel is beside highway the windows are sound proof and there were no disturbances. As a conclusion, I feel what you get is what you get. You will always have complaints if you expect too much from budget hotels.

Nothing

Staff was very helpful and nice. Allowed us to check in earlier. Room was small but bigger than I expected. Clean and well organized. I had no problem to stay there with two kids for two nights. Breakfest was okay - simple but everything was there. Room was quiet. Very good option for short stay.

Everyone complaints about the neigbourhood. I got it, but there is nothing the hotel can do about it. Maybe the surroundings are not nice, but on any stage I did not feel threathened. To be honnest on the second day we used to it and no one carred.

We didn’t have breakfast at hotel as my daughter is not a morning eater, the location was safe, the hotel felt safe as the front door gets locked at ten o clock, to access lift you need to activate it with your room key card which also made me feel safe as a single mother travelling alone with my daughter, meaning no random people could enter off the street just paying guests only, the hotel had a night security guard, which also made us feel safe, the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful at all times, I wish I had of got their names to mention them, one female and one male in particular, the house keeping staff were always friendly when I passed them on the corridor, the housekeeping staff did a great job, changed bed linen daily, always provided clean towels daily, topped up toilet roll etc always provided your daily essentials never had to ask they were always on the ball with this every morning. The lobby was very well decorated and laid out the decor was very quirky furniture was comfy, and a nice area to sit and wait on Ubers, there was a lovely little garden area out the back which was secure to sit in and relax in the evenings designated for smokers where there was tables chairs and ash trays to use, not many hotels have such an area for smokers I thought this was a lovely touch to the hotel.

I appreciated the fact they had a vending machine in the lobby, this was very useful if you were thirsty or wanted a snack, however there was only a limited selection of two minerals to choose from water and red bull, so a bit more of mineral variety would be a suggestion, also the vending machine was coins only and on this occasion I travelled with very little cash just card so having the option to pay card and cash on the vending machine would of been much better, I know we could of purchased mineral from the bar/reception areas but sometimes there was a que so the vending machine is a more efficient go to at times.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Great for a short stay. Breakfast was incredible and only 10€.

Location, didn't feel safe to stay out to late and there was 2 security as soon as we entered so that was uneasy at first.

We were expecting to have a small room but it turned out to be a pretty decent size for a small family like our. The service is exceptional and the staff were very nice, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is good as well.

During our stay the main road was closed due to construction good thing taxi drivers were very nice and trustworthy. If you take the metro, it will take 4-5 minutes walk from the station to the hotel. A lot of dodgy people outside the station as well, so be extra careful. But to be fair we did not have any problems from these pipz.
