The staff were extremely friendly. The arrival was stress free and check-in was fast. The neighbourhood was a quiet neighbourhood, yet still had several restaurants. The breakfast provided for all tastes, and began at 5:30am, which was perfect as we had a very early start the day of departure.

Whilst the property has been renovated, it could benefit from further updates. The doors close with an aggressive bang, which requires consideration from guests, to prevent disturbing others during the hours of darkness. The price paid was high, but then the location (southern France) is not cheap.

Arrived late at night and was able to park in the hotel’s secure car park. The room was very clean, we had a triple room (group of 3 adults) which accommodated us perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and even though the hotel seemed to be pretty full (judging from all the cars and a coach in the car park), there was no noise from other rooms or people walking by in the corridor. Breakfast was decent, no cooked food but for €10 it included hard boiled eggs, cold meat and cheese, freshly squeezed orange juice, basic but fresh fruit salad, good coffee and the usual bread, butter, jams, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Good location close to motorway. Facilities good everything we needed, hairdryer tv, Buffet breakfast, plenty of choice. Only negative room was a bit tight for space but we did have dog with us.. Good parking. Good choice for short stay, reasonable price, paid extra for dog and breakfast.

Thought breakfast was included. Suggest check before booking.

Located close to motorway/autoroute network. Room and toilet were clean. Large car park available. Breakfast had enough variety for everyone, eg fresh fruit, yogurts, egg, selection of breads and spreads, croissants, cereals. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff were very helpful, very easy to move around in and out, parking was safe and secure, will definitely return to the hotel next year.

very little, did not like the coffee in the room but that could be just me, coffee in the breakfast area was excellent.

No restaurant as such but we could order food and wine for our room. The staff were very nice, it was dog friendly, there was ample private parking, and the breakfast was good.

We arrived quite late driving down to Spain. The young lady on the reception was lovely, very polite and helpful. Having our two dogs was no problem at all and we felt they were very welcome as were we. The rooms are a good size and pretty well equipped. Breakfast was very good and the hotel is well positioned for motorway access.

It's an attractive modern hotel in a good position. My room was great - much more smartly furnished and decorated than any other chain hotels I've stayed in. The bed and bedding were especially good, and a generous number of pillows and towels - I like that. Other chains could well learn from Kyriad. But the best feature was the staff. The cleaners were friendly and nice. The female (afternoon/evening) receptionist was especially helpful and managed my requests instantly and happily, and I felt very welcome. It's the staff who make the biggest difference. She's got it right. Top marks - when I next visit Nîmes, this is where I'd stay again.😊

Bathroom tiles needed a bit of repair. But everything else was great!

Perfect for one night stay when you arr on the road and need to rest. Very easy check in 24/7 and exellent breakfast!

It was just what we needed

Excellent staff-lovely comfortable bed and great room location in lovely grounds. Impressive!

Shower surround and tray could have been cleaner, but everything else excellent.
