ibis Nîmes Ouest - A9

Good room, comfortable bed. Everything fine. Not my first stay here, but the first time that I arrived early enough to try the restaurant. Very impressed with the quality and choice of menus, and the friendly staff. Really nice pool with surrounding sunbeds. If I wasn't just passing through I would have liked to stay another night or two.

Breakfast buffet could have been better stocked. Some of the things on offer were almost finished at 8:30 am. Luckily I wasn't very hungry after the excellent dinner the night before!

Hotel was modern and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and bar facilities. Nice pool.

The restaurant is closed at weekends. We walked to the Buffalo Grill for dinner which was awful. Not enough staff and mediocre food. Right next to a very busy, noisy road.

Very clean, pool was a great bonus. Breakfast was ok but €10.50 was expensive for anyone who just wanted a croissant and tea. The staff were exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Just the breakfast choice. The price was fine for someone who likes a big breakfast but it should have been possible to choose individual items for a lesser charge.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the swimming pool was a good bonus for a hotel of that range. The room was very simple but for that price it was to be expected.

The breakfast was average aside from that the rest was lovely,

it’s the third time we stop by. very conveniently placed, near the A9, with enclosed secure parking. Beds are very comfortable.

it’s a pity al that the restaurant is closed over the weekend. although there are some restaurants nearby. Also a shower mat would be a plus.

access from freeway is simple : pet friendly 🐈‍⬛, front desk checkin was smooth

this time: food choices were limited, it seemed like staff was limited so wait service was less than previous visits; one coffee machine was out of service;

Nice and clean swimming pool, cosy terrace, good service.

Breakfast buffet: egg boiling device does not boil so the eggs are not properly cooked although following cooking time on device. Bathroom doors cannot be locked.

Transit hotel, located close to the highway, quiet, clean room, good beds, good shower. Good breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. Very safe parking in the hotel yard. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel there are terraces where you can eat.

We found the location hard, in fact it is a more complicated intersection and the GPS jumped when we passed near the hotel but we did not see it because there were still some winding streets.

Greatl location just off the motorway very secure parking restaurant on site and seating area restaurant opposite autogrill also discount given for ibis customer lots of shops nearby friendly staff rooms were very comfortable with air conditioning

Everything was good

Breakfast a little bit poor. Coffee good if you choose the right machine. Appreciated the possibility to electrically charge the car. Very good that the parking is closed and secured.

The room a little bit to small.
