Location, staff, comfort and neighborhood. Everything was very good, except for the bathroom that didn’t have an outlet to my hair dryer. I have lots of hair! Those that hotels provide are not adaptable to the volume of hair I have. All the hotels should provide professional hair dryers. The hotel is near the train station and the tram. Walking distance to the Carré d’Or and the best french fashion and design brands stores. Team easy going yet attentive to all the details and safety of guests. I highly recommend it.

Philippe at the reception was very friendly, the location is great right on the main street and the room was comfortable, warm and almost perfectly clean

We made reservation for the room with queen size bed but instead of one queen size bed we got 2 separate beds connected which was not so convenient for sleeping because one of us was always on the hole which is not so comfy. They probably didn’t have enough time to vacuum the room so we could find pieces of chips (we don’t consume) and cheap lipstick (not mine) under the bed but the room generally was very very clean so we didn’t mind about this things

it’s in middle of downtown and have everything around jus like 5-10 mins . beach station and all essentials are easy to access

the parking is concern but it’s applicable for all hotels in nice

We loved the location, it is really close to everything. We could easily reach the Beach, the train station, main plazzas, bars and restaurants. The room was clean and the staff really nice and helpfull. Our plane landed very early in the morning and they were kind enough to let us leave the luggage at the hotel until the hour of the check-in. It is a bit noisy due to the fact that there is a tram line nearby, but it couldn't be otherwise, as it is very central.

Good hotel in great location right on the main street of Nice and 5 minutes walk from Nice Ville station. Tram stops just out the front also and walking distance to the beach and old town. Older hotel but has nice comfortable big rooms. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

The wifi was pretty terrible and there was only a coffee pod machine to make expressos - no kettle to allow you to make tea.

Very happy with our stay here. Room was clean and comfortable with a good bathroom, one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had yet with a great variety. Handy location- right on the main shopping street. Staff all friendly

The only thing that was slightly annoying was the air con in the room seemed to be on a timer and the ticking of the timer would wake us up at times, but overall a very minor issue!

Great location. Very spacious, clean room. Provided bathrobes and slippers, unusual for a room in this price category.

- location is convenient, close to a train station and a tram to airport - quiet at night - a free bottle of water every day - pretty clean if not considering towels - friendly staff

- a modest breakfast, especially, when there were not eggs and croissants after weekend - some towels had dirty spots

The location is amazing, just the main street of Nice. The main street is busy, but it was quite inside the room. The hotel is clean and I'm grateful for for cleaning lady that visited all days I've stayed there. This is a good value for money and will definitively come back.

We have chosen the hotel for its location. We wanted to be able to travel to Monaco and it was close to the station. It was also 10 minutes' walk from the Old City and the Promenade des Anglais. Very good for us. Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and attentive to our needs, which included normal things such as umbrellas in the rain and booking a taxi to the airport. We are very happy with this hotel.

We were satisfied with what we've got for our money. Nothing wrong with this hotel.
