Aparthotel Adagio Nice Promenade des Anglais

Sea view. Huge apartment. 2 double bed settees in living room and double bed in bedroom. All comfortable amd bedding for 6. Good aircon. Seperate shower and toilet. Very well equipped kitchen. Right on the promenade. Supermarket and patisserie on street at back of hotel 2 mins walk. Bus route in front of hotel. Tram at the back. Tram direct from airport to block adjacent to the hotel for €1.50 single trip or 10 trips for €10. Goes right from the airport to the Port and runs every 2 to 3 mins. Very easy and far far cheaper than a taxi. Very clean. Good roof top solarium and able to leave bags on checkout day in baggage room and use shower room and toilet up on the solarium to freshen and get changed before headed back to the airport.

The apart hotel is just across the street from the beach. Big balcony with superb view. Big room and a small but functional bedroom. Fantastic view on the sea. Tram stop is 5 mins from the hotel.

The kitchenette was old and the dishwasher was broken. However, it helped a lot during our 4 days stay. The street was noisy during the day, but the windows are super soundproof, so it was not really a problem. The airport is located close to the place, so planes were flying quite low when descending or ascending. But it was quite amusing to watch for the kids.

The hotel is on the prime location and right on the famous street promenade des anglais. Just have to cross the road to ho to the beach. Wonderful location. The staff, receptionists Gaston and Vera were so much helpful and very kind, they guided us throughout our stay in Nice about trains, restaurants, tourists attractons etc.

We have to pay extra for cleaning the rooms and the kitchen. And also have to empty dustbin before leaving the hotel.

Nice location / beach and promenade was across the road the traffic lights are just in front. A lot of space in the room and nice sized balcony with the table. Accessibility of public transport: bus (city centre and big shopping centre) and tram (city centre and airport) are in less than 5 minutes walk. There is a small food store, bakery, small cafe and pharmacy around which is very convenient.

No laundry washing machine in the room There is only 1 cleaning once in 5 days and it is only change of bed and towels (floors and bathroom were not cleaned) The laundry drying-hanger was not in the room but we probably had to ask because other rooms had it Little bit missed couple of more drawers (especially considering that some space in the closet was occupied by extra duvet) It was a little bit to noisy from neighbouring rooms.

Location: Excellent with lots of restaurants, stores, supermarket and bakery within 2 minutes walking. Tram L2 and Bus are within 1-2 min walking. Staff: Excellent, very professional, helpful, and friendly Breakfast: We had our own in the room Room: Excellent; large room and bathroom, equipped mini kitchen with everything we needed. We had breakfast and dinner in the room for 4 nights. It was fantastic.

Our flat was clean and had everything we needed. It was so easy to get around Nice by tram, closest tram stops are only a few minutes by walk from the hotel. There is also Carrefour city a small supermarket close to the hotel.

Really loved it. The roof rerrace and our room were bit less polished in real life when compared to photos.

We were a group of 9, 5 adults, 4 children and had 3 sea view apartments booked. We were located on the top floor of the building where we enjoyed a panoramic view of the Promenade des Anglais by day and night. We found the apartments to be very peaceful and quiet. We had all the facilities we required for our stay. The staff were always readily on hand and willing to help with any request. The local supermarket, tram stop, bus stop and take-away restaurants were less than 5 min. walk from the apartments. It also was located very close to Nice Cote d'Azur Airport with the tram running straight to and from the airport regularly, it was only about a 10 minute journey.

We were more than happy with everything.

Location very convenient and central. Everything is close and view from the apartment is fantastic. Apartment was clean and cosy and very well equipped. The staff was tremendously helpful and pleasant. (among other things, I forgot my dress in the apartment and they were kind enough to keep it for me to pick up on my return from vacation - thank you very much) I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel after midnight and the receptionist met us with our key and minimal fuss. We were checked in and in bed within 1/2 hour.

The breakfast was the only thing that lets the property down. It is 14 euros per person and this is not represented in either the quality or quantity on offer. Quite often there were items that were not kept stocked and we did not even go to breakfast for the last 3 days of our stay.
