The hotel is beautifully fitted out and is in a great location. The staff were exceptionally helpful at all times. Breakfast was excellent- I was particularly pleased to note that scrambled eggs were made using fresh eggs and not a liquid / processed option so often found in hotels these days.
The only issue was that although the bar was open on Sunday evening the only staff member available was a receptionist trying to cover both areas. Also she didn’t really know how to make simple drinks (gin & tonic) and they didn’t have any tonic either !! She was extremely nice about it but we felt she shouldn’t be put in this position.

People are really nice and the bedrooms are calm and confortable.
Pillows. So thin and soft that I had neck pain the next day. They should try to have at least to types of pillows. But the staff was nice and gave me a second one so it improved a little bit 😉

he gym facilities could be improved with weights. The restaurant Maria was recommended and it is questionable. Worms in food and main courses forgotten

The location was perfect, helpful reception staff advised us about parking in the hotel car park next door. They also gave an excellent restaurant recommendation - La Loco - where we had a lovely meal. We would love to return!

Minor point, and perhaps still Covid related, but I expect there to glasses or cups in a room -only small paper disposable cups.
