Best Western Hotel Graslin

Overall we had an excellent stay. No complaints at all other than there should probably be a shower curtain or folding/sliding glass door for the shower as the water came out easily. But that was only a small issue. Great room on 5th floor (elevator only goes till 4th though). Super quiet. couldn't hear a thing. Aircon worked very well in this summer heat. Nice staff, easy check in. Beautiful decor. :)

Rooms are very small. Would've loved to have a fridge (mini bar) in the room.

Everything was very good, the bed was big and comfortable, the staff was very polite and friendly, everything was very clean. My kid really enjoyed the very well configured chrome cast on the large TV so I could play his favourite cartoon without having my phone busy.

Couldn’t set the AC temperature, which could get a bit hot inside at times, but could always open the window. The shower was just ok, an Italian shower would have been a very nice addition. A minifridge would have been most welcomed too.

Central location was good. Parking was 5 minutes away in a paid-for underground car park, which was quite secure. Room felt modern, very clean, quiet and confortable. Hotel's Jules Verne themed bedrooms and public areas added a nice touch. Exceptional breakfast - almost too much choice and possibly the best we have ever had in France.

Hotel was a walk for the nearest parking but very manageable. City centre parking is always at a premium.

The room although quite small was very comfortable and clean. High water pressure and excellent hot water flow. Perfect, relaxing bar with a good work space. Couldn't ask for a better location. A couple of minutes away from Graslin and Royale squares. Chateau de Ducs de Bretagne is twelve minutes away. There are also very good restaurants around.

The wardrobe was too small and lack of drawers in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All the staff were really kind and helpful. I was given recommendations about what to see in Nantes. Nantes is a beautiful city and the location of the hotel is perfect in the city. There is a lovely guest area at the hotel to relax in with a coffee after a day walking in the city. I enjoyed the breakfast and the rooftop view from my room. I definitely plan to come back to this hotel!

The breakfast was exceptional and the breakfast serving staff were excellent, they gave great service and were very friendly. The location was perfect. I loved the decor of the hotel. The coffee lounge was a lovely touch. Help yourself! Very unusual . Tea and coffee in your room also much appreciated.

A big cobweb in our room but it was removed immediately reported.

Very comfortable bedroom, hotel close to the city centre. Breakfast food was good and varied

Breakfast room was a bit small, they asked what time we'd rather have breakfast but on the first day by 9:30 the food was almost gone and has not been replaced (breakfast stops at 10). The second day we had no problem, maybe there was less people. Still I suggest a bit more of organization

Excellent location right in the town with many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was comfortable and although quite small had everything we needed for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The decor was lovely both in the room and the public rooms but sadly we didn't have time for breakfast and the hotel restaurant was closed on the Sunday night that we stayed so we ate nearby. Good value hotel.

The hotel was excellent

We arrived on Saturday. Ee parked on the parking lot next to the hotel. ON Sunday there is a market, our car was towed. It would have been very helpful if the receptionist would have told us about the market. Would save the morning and 200 euros.

Excellent, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Lovely, imaginative decors. Good bed and bathroom. Just around the corner from Place Graslin. Corner room with real character and lovely views.

Room safe did not work. Reported shower gel running out, but not replaced.
