Ibis Aéroport Bâle Mulhouse

Perfect location for an early / late flight and there is a free shuttle for the airport which a great added bonus. great walking access to the railway station, only 7-10mins

We liked that the room was large, staff was personable, there was a restaurant on site, taxi shuttle was free on way to the hotel, price of hotel was reasonable and close to the airport

Their credit card machine wasn't working so we had to go get cash. The restaurant food was pricey and not really worth the price and food selection on the menu was extremely limited. We found our own place to eat for lunch (thank goodness for Google maps), because desk person said everything was closed on Sunday, which wasn't true. Also, we didn't KNOW that the shuttle is only free one time...we had to pay to go back to the airport

The room was nice but basic

I did not like the strange explanation of the staff that we can only get one shuttle to the airport for free and the second shuttle , we needed 3 hours later was 17€ . We were traveling for business and fly back on the different planes with my colleague. If the hotel put in the description free shuttle service to the airport it suppose to be free, but we were charged ...

Close to the Airport. Good Franch-type breakfast. Provides free car drive from or to the Airport free of charge (only in one direction).

Very small room. The bathroom is just like the plastic cage, although does have all amenities. Little noisy since there are all the time people coming and going out of the rooms. Little overpriced for the things that they proved, however, they get benefits from the proximity of the Airpot.

It was perfect for an early morning flight. The staff was very friendly and exceedingly helpful when I realized (as I was passing through airport security) that I had left an important necklace in my hotel room. They located it for me and held it for me until I could make arrangements to retrieve it. I am so appreciative of them. Thank you.

The English- language channels on the tv didn't work.

The staff was very nice and service oriented. They made sure we had a pick up to the airport, without additional fee, and the driver was there on time even though it was very early in the morning. The location is ideal for travelers who need to be close to the airport. The rooms are small but very well organized, suitable for short stay, and clean!

The bed wasn't that comfortable for me..

Our flight has been cancelled and this was the nearest reasonable hotel, friendly woman at reception (communicative in English) helped us with the invoice (needed for the airline) and taxi arrangement for the morning for our next flight, taxi driver was waiting at 4.30 as appointed, the transportation to the airport was free, room was clean, everything was clear and perfect, after very stressful situation at the airport we had only good experience with the hotel, thank you.

Close to the airport which is very handy. Also huge plus - they offer free shuttle to the airport. Location was decent, close to buses for Basel and trains to other parts of France. Room was clean, warm, bathroom nice enough. It has everything you need for a hotel that is essentially airport hotel. Checkin times are great, basically you can check in any time you like. Staff friendly

No coffee in the room. Couldn’t buy water in hotel

Excellent breakfast, surprised at how good the quality and choice of the breakfast was- cheeses, bread, bacon, fruit, yoghurt to name a few things. Super impressed they picked us up from the airport using the free hotel shuttle service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location.

The only thing that would have been an improvement for me is if there was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room.
