Very nice place for a stop! Super friendly staff and perfect value for money breakfast. The common arias nice and modern. Comfortable beds!

Hotel has EV Charging points 👍 In the apps they all showed available, when I arrived at 1 AM, all places where taken, … by non EV cars who just wanted to be 20m closer to the door … so … no charging! I understand what the super friendly staff say: ‘we can not control’ … but also I can’t 😉 a pitty, they offer the service, but guests can not enjoy it because no control of the actual usage of the EV charging stations!

Really lovely place to stay. Clean

We arrived thirsty and hungry after a 7 hour drive. We asked what food was available to be told it was a salad bar only. So we had to do another drive to find food. As a hotel we thought there would have been other options. This was a first time using the Ibis group. Far more superior to other places we have stayed in so for a first time using this group was a huge let down.. Shame really because everything else was great.

The room, evening meal and breakfast were all good as were the staff who were helpful when the room key did not function properly. The location was good for us as we were travelling from the south of France northwards and were staying for one night only.

When we arrived at 15.30 (check in time is advertised as being from 12.00) we were given a card to a room which had not been cleaned or prepared for new occupants. This was quickly resolved by the allocation of an alternative room. I was disappointed by the response of the hotel when we had to cancel our reservation on 19/20 December due to the late alteration of our travel plans due to the French authorities changing entry requirements due to the spread of Covid 19. Having been told we could move our stay to a day earlier, this was then declined, payment having been made and retained.

The location is great for where we are travelling to. Clean hotel, breakfast is good

The only thing that let the stay down is i booked the hotel through booking.com at the price of £135 and when I checked out the cost was £170.40 and haven’t had any extras so I have asked booking.com for help with this but been told to email ibis so still waiting for an answer.

The Hotel is very convenient located for a stopover. The parking is very generous and free. The reception and restaurant area are newly renovated. Dinner has a good price/quality and the wine is delicious. The waiter was very kind and patient, even though we came just before the restaurant was closing.

We have travelled with two small dogs, who are accepted in the Hotel, with a surcharge of € 10/dog, even though there are no facilties for dogs. The breakfast was somekind of poor. Fruit out of the can and coffee was borderline

Breakfast was very pleasant, staff were very helpful, rooms were clean and a bit basic. But for an overnight stay was ideal.

No facility for making a cup of coffee, but, there was a cafeteria, just across the road, plus two supermarkets within walking distance.great for overnight stay.

Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Perfect for a convenient and relaxing stopover. Didn’t have breakfast as wanted to leave really early. Would have booked a table for dinner but the lady on reception said they didn’t have a menu to show us when we arrived in the afternoon.

The Ibis was the perfect hotel after a long drive in the middle on our way to our eventual location. Clean rooms, good bed, possibility to have breakfast and diner. Special thank you to the staff, they were extremely helpful! From changing of the rooms to cooling our icepacks, really super friendly people!

maybe a little outdated

We were late in arriving due to an accident in front of us on the highway, they were accommodating in helping us to pre order dinner before the restaurant closed so we had something we could take up to the room to eat upon arrival that wasn't fast food (though there were plenty of fast food options nearby).

I understood it to be a family suite and it was just two adjoining rooms

That it was clean and comfortable and that the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful

It was situated in the middle of a business park, that our room (201) looked out onto the weedy smelly (kitchen smells) restaurant & kitchen roof.
