ibis budget Dieppe Centre Port

The location was good for us coming off the ferry late at night. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was absolutely excellent and went above and beyond even helping us to uncouple our trailer and push it into parking space. Breakfast is buffet style continental, there's plenty of it and the coffee is good - good value for money.

We paid for 2 secure parking spaces, one for our car and the other for our trailer booking these in advance directly with the hotel. The parking spaces were small and not conducive to parking car and trailer whilst coupled. We had to decouple a heavy trailer and manoeuvre it into space by hand. Also there is a height restriction on the parking of 1.9m - be aware! 10 euros per day per parking space is excessive. If you come just with a car, I'd advise parking opposite the hotel entrance as parking is free there between 19:00 and 9.00 - check meter to verify.

Stayed in a large room with a good view and able to walk to the centre location. The staff were very happy to assist with any queries and overall very responsive. The check in was swift and all our details readily available. The reception was clean and uncluttered with interesting photographs of the local area, encouraging visitors to want to see more.

Everything ran according to plan so I could not find anything that would have made this particular stay operate more smoothly.

It's a budget hotel and doesn't pretend to be anything else. But everything is thought through - very simple decor but lots of space to put your stuff. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom and effective simple shower. If you just want a base for a few days, it's absolutely fine. Helpful staff. Plenty of choice at breakfast

The usual moan - nowhere to put your stuff in the shower apart from on the floor. Nothing else - it was all fine.

we are compareing this hotel with the ibis in Honfleur. the rooms were just as expected clean and tidy and plenty of hot water. we stayed two different nights and both rooms were very good. the bathrooms were also very good. compared to the ibis honfleur which had moduls fitted. and once again the breakfast in ibis dieppe was good with more choice .

The only thing we didnt like was we had to park our car on the main road in a paying zone, the hotel did have a parking area but you have to book this in advance, i should have checked before setting off.

A very good value budget hotel ideal for an overnight stay. Very handy just a short stroll from the centre of Dieppe and the port. Very nice bars and restaurants in Dieppe so the hotel is ideally located to visit them. Handy free car parking overnight just across the street helped aswell.

I know it was a budget hotel but the room / bed comfort was slightly below par and the continental breakfast not brilliant but just adequate I'd say.

we chose this hotel because we knew we’d be late arriving by ferry and needed somewhere with 24 hour check in. It’s about a twenty minute walk from the ferry terminal but the very handy for our onward journey by train as the station is very close by. we didn’t have breakfast. The check in and check out was quick and simple, the receptionist helpful. the room was spartan but clean and quiet.

Towels were rather thin and small, also the air conditioning was rather fierce (but at least there was aircon on what was a very warm night)

Excellent value for money and great location for an overnight stay before getting an early morning ferry. Close to city centre food outlets for an evening meal. Plenty of on street parking available outside the hotel free from 19:00hr to 09:00hr. Spacious room with plenty of shelf space and power points for charging devices

Admittedly a budget hotel and still excellent value for money, but a soap dispenser by the hand basin in the bathroom would have been nice

3 minute drive from ferry and 2 minute walk from port with restaurants and cafes. Quiet and comfortable rooms. excellent air conditioning which was godsend on extremely hot day. very comfortable bed and good shower. Best night sleep of the holiday!

There is no parking. we were lucky first visit en route as we were able to park across the road and then used meter in the morning. on return we used Indigo parking 5 minutes away. not big issue but only thing that was slight drawback.

Pleasant location, Nice welcome, clean room and bathroom Breakfast variety fine for most - reasonable choice for fruit, cereal, meat, cheese, yoghurt, juice and general beverages.

Travelled with 2 vegan grandchildren - no soya milk - only dairy. limited options for vegans generally. Option to warm some elements of selection would have been welcome

It was the best budget hotel I have ever stayed. I spent one night with my partner, our baby and our big dog as we were waiting to catch the ferry next day. Reception was very friendly and professional and the room exceeded my expectations as the bed was big enough and comfy and the bathroom was great. The location is also very good as there is plenty of parking just in front of the hotel (free over night) and a 24h park where you can walk your dog. Surely we will come back!
