Kyriad Direct Tours Sud - Chambray Lès Tours

This hotel was perfect for a stop over further south. Located just off an exit of the A10 autoroute it was really convenient. It has free parking, and lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance plus also a Lidl next door and Auchan not much further. Really good if you're using it as a stop over for the night. We ate at the Leon restaurant about a 5 minutes walk away. The family room was excellent with a bunk bed for the children and the beds were comfortable.. Check in was easy and quick and reception were helpful. Breakfast is offered at the property for 7.50 Euro but we preferred to head off early the next day instead.

Nothing really. It was clean and comfortable and worked well for us. If you're looking for a hotel in central Tours then this isn't it but if you want convenience then you can't fault it.

The hotel is perfect for a night when travelling through France. It is comfortable, clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent! Love the family rooms and although the small family room is a little cramped, if you pay a little extra, you get more space. Even the small family room is manageable with 2 children. We have stayed several times now and there has always been available parking, petrol garage and Lidl very close by too.

We liked the location, the friendly staff, the hotel was clean and breakfast plentiful. It's great that it is pet friendly, we paid less than 10€, most hotels charge that. I would definitely recommend and stay again at this hotel again

This is only my preference, there was no hand towels, only bath towels, apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Easy access from motorway. Excellent dog friendly restaurant next door . Lidl and petrol station also very close. Lovely big comfy bed and extra pillows available from reception. Breakfast was really good value for money. This was our second stay and would definately recommend.

If you are traveling to the south, an overnight stay in this hotel is recommended. It is close to the highway and it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fine and the staff is very friendly. Nearby is a good restaurant where you can eat very well and at an acceptable price. Last but not least, you have a good and free parking place.

Highly recommended to other guests searching for a comfy place to stay while en route. We stayed here both on the way up from south to north Europe as on the way down again as it was so great and with a check in that went very smooth and welcoming. The rooms are well equipped, very clean and beds, pillows and bed linen all very comfy, slept amazing there. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We did not opt for the breakfast which I believe must be nice as well as there are some amazing Boulangeries nearby (we stopped at Ange Boulangerie for some yummie stuff on the way).

We enjoyed all of it, can't think of anything we did not like about it :-)

We were greeted at reception by a lovely lady. Very professional and helpful. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in, the sheets were beautiful fresh cotton. Great shower, spotless bathroom. Perfect location for our onward journey just off the motorway. Thank you. Will see you again.

Good location and friendly staff.

Being told that after many years of staying here they now only allow one dog even though the room was adequate and easy accommodated all of us this time. We were 2 adults and 2 dogs staying. Now have to find another location.

Accommodation, location, hygiene

We went to the other Kyriad hotel by mistake firstly. The receptionist was disparaging, unfriendly, unhelpful,patronising and totally up herself, 'you're in the wrong hotel' was all she said, really useful. Goodness knows why someone with that level of personal negativity and derision would be working in the hospitality industry

Perfect for our overnight stay on way to UK. The receptionist was excellent. Very easy to find. Plentiful free parking. A fantastic brasserie restaurant a 2 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again.

There were bins, without lids, in hallway to put used towels and rubbish in due to COVID. Thought it would be safer to leave towels, etc in rooms, as if someone did have COVID it was then leaving possibly contaminated material in a public space.
