Hotel Actuel Chambéry Centre Gare

Great position right opposite the station. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The hotel has a lift . Reception staff helpful and friendly.

Our room had a pipe in the left corner, pipe was extremely hot. This meant that the room was very,very hot,slept with balcony door wide open,that was the only minus point as otherwise I'd give 10

The bed was very comfortable. The facilities were well maintained and the small space well designed. Everything worked well. We arrived on a very late bus and the hotel was only 5 minutes walk from the bus station. It is next to the train station so location is excellent. The hotel is staffed all night so entry at 2am was easy.

Everything suited our needs.

The bed was big, clean and very comfortable. the bathroom was good and clean, we were there on our return from Switzerland, and we needed a good bed to rest before continuing our trip to Spain.

Maybe the attention at the reception, nobody was at the desk at our arrival and we had to wait a bit, but I am not complaining, just answering the question.

Right by station- no street lighting at night , so easy to find. Old station hotel nicely modernised, cosy on a cool night, quiet despite being by station. we arrived at 1am instead of 19.00 because of blocked rail line- that was not a problem. v close to old town which is beautiful

Right in the centre of the town so we could walk and see Chambery. staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was of a reasonable size and very warm, bathroom had all we needed. We needed car parking and we were directing to their secure underground parking which was a cross the street from the hotel.

Very close to the station and even for the late check in due to delay of the train arrival in the late evening, the staff took care for the smooth check in and even for the breakfast, he can serve before 6:00 AM perfectly.

Room spacious and comfortable bed, perfect location to access all city centre has to offer, shops restaurants and bars as well as own bistro and bar at street level.

I have a temporary disability and could not risk accessing shower as bath was too high. Not sure if other rooms have walk in showers but this was a problem for me.

Had late night check in and Ali at the reception was very helpful and accommodative. Clean and comfortable room, great location nrxt to the station as needed to catch 7am train and great breakfast.

It is right front of the station and close to the bus stop which made it an easy access. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The preparation for breakfast woke me up, probably my room is close to the kitchen.

I was able to get a room that fit my request.. Coffee in machine at breakfast was superb

cannot find a thing! I may return it was such a lovely experience which is rare for me
