Easily accessible for sight seeing around Bordeaux and environs. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

On our last night there was an extraordinarily loud drum and bass event on the site next to our room. Even windows closed and earplugs in didn’t block it out. Thankfully it finished at midnight, but no-one had warned us about it. This after discovering our keycards didn’t work one night after we returned from dinner. Reception closed and night auditor didn’t speak English. But we were able to sort it out eventually.

Location near tram and Bacalan market and cite du vin. Rooms were cleaned and bedsheets and towels were provided. Staff very hospitable. Instruction very clear to collect keys even though we arrived outside reception opening hours.

As it is quite hot, need to open windows and run the fans. Pillows are really very uncomfortable. Some salt and sugar sachets can be kept in the kitchen. A bit if deep cleaning needed around the corners and under the beds.

Great location, in a walking distance to Cite du Vin and Les Halles Bacalan. Two tram stops either side of hotel ('Rue Achard' left as you walk out of the hotel and 'Cite du Vin' right as you walk out of the hotel) both on tram line B and will take you to city centre/old town (about 10-15min). Staff were friendly and helpful upon check in and check out, room was clean. It had some slight sewage smell once we walked first time into the room and was still felt after back from evening walk in town. It was gone next day though as running water was used (showers, flushing toilet, etc), this must have helped.

The room was exceptionally clean and tide. There was also a kitchenette which is very conveniente to prepare a simple meal. The staff is also very helpful. Before I checked in, I put my luggage at the front desk and then they helped to put in my room in case I didn't make it to pick up the luggage during their working hours. They are very nice. The location is not at the center of the city but it's within 2 minutes walking distance to the tram station. You can also stroll along the river to enjoy the vibe of the city. Everything is so nice that I would definitely come to stay with them again.

Service was excellent from the reception. Our bathroom was stinking and there were a lot of mosquitoes on the first night. I could barely sleep. I informed the reception and they gave me another room where the bathroom wasn't stinking. They also apologised and made it up by offering us a free breakfast for the next day. The kitchen had enough kitchen cutleries. Parking is secure and costs 10€/day. A tram takes you to the city centre in just 16 mins. The tram station is 50m from the apartment. Breakfast was awesome. The croissants, the breads, the coffee, the hot chocolate everything was very tasty.

The room could be better prepared on the first instance itself but nevertheless they made it up.

What a fantastic stay. Brilliant clean room with good breakfast facilities and warm friendly staff throughout our stay. Especially good to meet Gile who was a good gentleman to meet and knew a lot about bordeaux.

We stayed for 6 nights. Didnt know where to put any recycling but then we didnt ask either.

Staff very friendly and helpful, the family room is big and well equipped. The property is well maintained. Easy access to parking.

Room had a bit of a smell from time to time, like bad drainage. It wasn't all the time but noticeable from time to time during the 3 night stay. Children's cots don't have real mattresses which make them a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast was nice, unfortunately no gluten free options (I'm gluten intolerant). :( Pleasant and helpful personnel. Clean. Interesting area. I would return there. :)

WiFi could've worked better I could hear the music from a venue nearby, but I actually enjoy that type of music, so it was ok for me and the music stopped around 1am. I'd recommend offering earplugs for guests, just in case. :)

Great location for access to public transport. We visited for the Rugby World Cup and were very close to the free shuttle bus stop. Great place to eat and drink nearby

They did email about not having air conditioning and that they only had fans but in the heat they didn’t help

Rooms were clean, very spacious with comfortable beds. Apartments were close to tram which was perfect for getting about the city. Just a few mins walk away was a great indoor food market. Fresh pastries and coffee highly recommended for breakfast, delicious !!

Only slight issue was in one of our rooms the curtains were too short in width for window which let light in early in morning. An easy fix
