Very cute and nice hotel well located in Bordeaux. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. We liked the robes, and also that the room had stands for two suitcases.

In general, everything was nice and as expected. The bathroom had a good size and well equipped, but the flushing on the toilet was not working in optimal conditions. Also, I missed a shower cap. Maybe a little expensive for what it is, but we are happy with our selection.

We arrived early and could check in immediately which helped us to make more of our day. Staff friendly and helpful, fluent in English. Good wifi. Great location in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from Grand Theatre. Bathroom (shower only) was large and spacious. Room very comfortable and quiet with excellent air-con.

Quirky design in the room obstructed its best use. For example a large floor lamp obstructed the bathroom door and a TV was wall mounted in the area you would sit behind the (tiny) desktop (bumped head!). In general room was a little over furnished for its size. Room 24.

The hotel kindly booked and paid for my parking in advance, which I settled at the end of my stay. This really helped me as it was the first time I have driven to Bordeaux.

The hotel meets my expectations - it is situated in such a popular area, close to all the amazing restaurants, cafes and stores and offers such quiet bedrooms - a peaceful sleep on the comfy beds is a guarantee.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly located, closed to a beautiful and large park « Jardin Public » for a pause during the day (perfect for kids) and as well 5-10 mns away from the main streets, good restaurants, museums and perfect for shopping! The staff was really nice and helpful. A parking is 5 mns away too.. Nothing to add.

The location was great, the staff couldn’t be nicer and the room was extremely clean. I had a single room, even though it was tiny, it was the best layout, very well thought out plus with the large window, it didn’t feel small at all.

The location was great, walking distance to most of the tourist sites. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and safe. It was a comfortable bed. The single room was a decent size and didn’t feel too cramped.

There was street noise as I was at the front of the hotel but due to the central location it’s expected.

it’s so central, it’s close to everything (there are 2 laundromats near the hotel)! and there are lots of good restaurants around this hotel. the room and bathroom are big and it was a nice surprise to see the bathrobes.

the air-con system is not cool enough.

French style building in a Central location in quiet street. Hotel had a lift. Room we had was a decent size and very comfortable. Air con was quiet too. Excellent continental breakfast available. Staff couldn’t have been better.

Check in went smoothly. Although not onsite, parking was close enough in a public garage. Staff will give you a ticket to get in the car park and you pay at the hotel reception when you leave. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful and location was great for us.

Exceptional cannot find fault in anything. Staff very nice and helpful, they indicated all the sights to visit and more. Room extremely clean and a very good size. Hotel in the centre but off the main road. Breakfast abundant and they catered for my coealic condition.

Would have appreciated a bit more TV Channels in English .
