I arrived early and was delighted to find my room ready. Audrey is the perfect receptionist. Friendly and efficient in French and English. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a fantastic week. The location was excellent. Food shops, sea and restaurants all within a few moments walk. I would definitely stay again.

Only thing that would have made my stay even better would have been a balcony. Oh and if the people in the room above me hadn't been dragging furniture (on wooden floors) until 2 a.m on a couple of nights. I know, people are on holiday and not suggesting what time they go to bed but please consider people below you? So I would book a top floor next time ;-)

We loved the location, the space was very clean and beds beyond comfortable.

Lack of toiletries for our entire staying. We received one small shower gel for 3 persons, 4 days and when we requested more, the answer at the reception was that they cannot allocate more per room, quite dissapointing. Also, check în process îs way too Complicated, I received several emails, filled in the data via an webform and when got there, we did not receive the Code to enter the building, nor the instructions and we stayed roughly 15 minute for somebody to answer the iPhone written on the entry door.

Very helpful staff. Excellent location. Nice appartment. The check-in time for us was 17:00, but our plane arrived in the morning. The staff made the apartment ready for us by 14:00, which was very helpful.

20th century internet speed. On one occasion (28 Aug, about 19:20), the code for the door (not the Victoria side, but the one going to Rue de la Bergerie) was working - "marche pas" as the lady put it, who luckily happened to be there and let us in. It was working fine next evening and for the rest of our stay. But those were minor things, really.

I highly recommend this accommodation for its central location in Biarritz. We are a family of 6 and spent 4 nights here. The room was really clean, well equipped and the staff couldn't have been nicer in helping us with any queries. For a short break, it was perfect.

One small point is to upgrade the sofa beds - they were fine for our 4 teenagers but if possible, look into upgrading them.

Sauna is only open during times, when the reception is staffed which was until 6pm during my stay which was too early for me. the room I was staying-in only had a sofa bed and no real bed. a sofa bed was mentioned in the description of the room, but not clearly enough for me to see that. a guest would assume that there is a real bed and in addition to that, a sofa bed

The apartment is located on a cozy street, near some typical francaise restaurants and boulangeries, very close to the beach, maximum 10 minutes walk and also not far from the city center. We liked the neighbourhood and all the facilities we were offered here.

Very central location in Biarritz. Short walk to the beach and heart of the town. There was 2 sofa beds in the living room. One of the sofa beds split into 2 single beds, keeping my 3 children happy!

The apartment is a little dated but clean.

We had a family room. The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen. The ocean is 400 meters away, restaurants, shopping, public transport stops to the train station and the airport are within walking distance.

Our apartment faced the street, so it was very noisy with the windows open.

There was only 1 toilet paper, 1 small champoo and shower gel, for 4 people for 3 nights, but we've asked for more and got it as an exception.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was in an excellent location for everything, e.g. beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms size was slightly smaller than expected, however, it was well equipped and very comfortable.
