Brit Hotel Marbella

The hotel is really close to one of the beaches in Biarritz, in the heart of the city center. A lot of options for restaurants, bars and touristic places close by. The personnel was very nice: they took our keys so that we could go to the beach without worrying. They also allowed us to store the luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The breakfast is honestly quite overpriced. You can easily pay less and eat the same/or better for the same price. The walls are very thin, and it can get very noisy (children, people partying, doors...). The bathroom could use some deep cleaning, because there was a bit of mold, and a lot of stains in the walls. I was honestly expecting worse after reading some reviews from recent visits, but they could still improve it a bit. The beds are very small!!!!!!

Location was great, a couple of minutes walk from the sea front in the old port area of Biarritz. Very close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was very quiet (cannot say what street side rooms are like). The air conditioning was good (essential when it was so warm) and we generally had the window closed which contributed to the quietness of the room.

Why are beds so narrow in France? This was a general issue in other hotels as well - travelled with my sister and we had a twin room. Nearly fell out of bed a few times.

Location was excellent as in old town, close to restaurants, bars, shops and in walking distance to beaches. Air conditioning in room was great when really hot day and evening.

Could easily hear other guests going in and out of their rooms and when in their rooms which disturbed sleep at times so poor sound proofing.

Simple yet spacious double room in excellent location - just 1min walk to petite plage. Perfect 👍 Courteous, attentive, welcoming staff. Clean room, comfortable bed, decent shower, quiet despite proximity to bars/restaurants. A ver pleasant stay 😊

Staff were so welcoming and friendly . Location was incredible and hotel was just lovely . Beds so comfortable and restful .

Nice design rooms on the main street, near petite beach. Of course it can be noisy but we stayed 1 night. But it is working distance from sea museum.

The A/C was not working or something as it was very hot and any attempt to change the temperature was not succesfull

Location is great, quiet during the night, staff spoke well English and was friendly

Minor flaw - in the shower nothing to put soap and shampoo on but not a real dislike 🤷🏼‍♂️

Super comfy bed and modern room. The staff is super friendly and there's always someone at the reception. Shower could be cleaner. Otherwise really clean.

You did not have a lot of space in the room though.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of the main street where all the restaurants and boutiques are. It's a nice spacious family room with a balcony - perfect for 3 of us.
