The host Anja was very kind to us, especially to our little child (2). She gave us some (bedtime) milk for our child, because we were out and didn't charge anything for it. De room was very clean, small but everything we needed. The breakfast could be better, we missed some things to put on the bread. A suggestion would be cheese and ham for example.

Budget hotel with cute breakfast room. Plenty of parking space when we arrived and the location was opposite some out of town restaurants with a bakery for sandwich adjacent. In the morning the hotel served delicious local bread pudding for breakfast when with went, we also made toast with boiled eggs and juice and coffee. The room was compact but had everything we needed and was neat and clean. The pod bathroom was small but twice the size of our campervan bathroom.

The hotel, on the outside of town (20 minutes walk to centre), is perfect for people arriving by car, as there is free parking space. Although a budget hotel, it has a really good atmosphere. It is bright, comfortable and very friendly. The room is simple but comfortable, and was very quiet. Breakfast is ample and fresh, and the staff are ever so friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is very small, it may not suit particularly large people. Also the single beds are rather narrow.

The breakfast was an excellent surprise, it was varied with quality products, some local products. The beds were very confortable. The staff was smiling, helpful and friendly. The room was spotless. The rate was also a good surprise.

Overall great price quality. Excellent value for money. The rooms and bathroom were quite small and basic but it is to be expected at that rate.

Well located off the main road into the town. A shortish walk to the town centre. Modern facilities. Well maintained and clean. Good value breakfast. Short walk to a great Routier - Le Meriten. Another chain restaurant at nearby supermarket stayed open until 8pm so no need to eat overpriced food in centre.

Bathroom very cramped, but adequate and clean. Large noisy poorly managed youth group on second night affected our sleep. Hotel staff seemed unaware of the problem.

The check in was very smooth. We arrived before the check-in hour and the machine for the automated check-in worked beautifully. The room was clean and the property was quiet. There was ample parking space for our car and the gate is also locked in the night for additional security. Good value for money.

The toilet was a bit small and the shower space too. But it is fine for an overnight stay. The breakfast was adequate, but not a lot of choice.

Cozy hotel by Beaune's southern entrance. Perfect option for a break during a road trip. It has auto-check-in for late arrivals and the area has a boulangerie and some restaurants, as well as a Carrefour. Staff was nice and kind.

Our room's sink was a bit clogged. That's pretty much it.

Ther bathroom was as such ok and very clean. However, the size actually required that you had to step outside even if you wanted to change your oppinion :-) read: VERY small

Great Aircon, clean room, great location

When advising reception (as we left), that the room occupants upstairs seemed to think that stamping about and dancing between midnight and 2am was acceptable, there was no apology, just a shrug - very French.

Very friendly staff. Hotel was really nicely maintained, clean & better standing that ibis budget. The bunk bed was ready for use, unlike ibis budget. Some rooms are better than others though. The bathroom is small, just like all hotels in this category. I really recommend this hotel to any body who is looking for a budget hotel.
