Comfort Hotel Aeroport Lyon St Exupery

Very nice hotel, live up to its name "comfort". The room was really nice and clean, spacious, toilet also big and clean. I read some bad reviews and it does not have a high mark in booking but I guess they took note and they have improved it. In my experience was really nice. They have a shuttle bus from and to the airport for free which is quite convenient. They also offer dinner in site and they have a bar. Staff is really nice and helpful. Very convenient hotel.

nothing. Everything was pretty standard and nice.

The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, it is easy to take my dog with me. the hotel is perfect distance from my work .

the wifi signal is really hit and miss, the website says that the cost of a dog is 5 euro per night but on my last visit I was charged 10 euro per night, this needs to be cleared up. removal of coffee making facility has been removed from the rooms and there are not enough English tv stations .. just 1, which is poor for 2023.

it was very difficult for me to step into the bathtub because of the height of the tub. I was fearful of falling. disappointed that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not available until 6 pm. so I took a taxi.

Clean and comfortable

This hotel it is advertised as having a shuttle to connect to the airport. This information is MUSLEADING. Shuttle is only available in the morning until 8.40am and in the evening after 6pm and also not through the night. When I arrived bus and taxi circulation was disrrupted, so recommend caution if you travel with luggage.

Very close to the airport, and the hotel provides a free shuttle every 20 minutes which is great. There is a restaurant for dinner - average food but it was very convenient so we were happy.

The rooms are very dated, not in great condition but it was clean and fine overall for the price.

I wanted an economical room and this fit the bill. The room was simple but clean. Bath and shower were fine. Bed and pillows comfortable. I had breakfast and it was simple but very good. Service at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I recommend this for an economy choice.

Due to the pandemic, there is no longer a shuttle from the airport. The Comfort is a 15-20 walk from the airport, along a sidewalk, which is fine. However, signs and instructions of how to get there could be more evident.

I had an early flight so being close to the airport was vital. The bed was comfortable. The woman at the reception desk was very helpful. It was nice to have a bath instead of a shower.

The accommodation is a little outdated so the price was a bit high considering.

it was unfortunate that the shuttle was not running as we arrived by train at the airport for Covid testing and then wanted to get to the hotel. we ended up taking a taxi which was not terrible but was an unexpected requirement. one reason we chose the hotel was the shuttle availability.

.The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good Restaurant had well prepared meals for lunch and dinner. The window opens nice and wide. The room is quiet.

The rooms are tired and in need of renovation. The furniture is delaminating. It would be easier to open the window if the curtains were split to open in the centre

Checked all the boxes for an airport hotel, including a clean/comfortable room and a free airport shuttle. Would recommend, particularly for the price.

We had to ask for drinking cups (but they did have them, so it was fine...).
