Nicely set outside of the city center for travelers that need parking space and easy connections to surrounding places. Clean room, comfy beds. Didn't take the breakfast option. Staff at the reception desk was not very kind and were a bit on the down side using English. However, the general impression is that it was a pleasant stay.

The hairdryer in our room was not functioning, so they provided a portable one. However there is not a plug to use it in the bathroom, the only one being close to the bed. One day they forgot to leave towels in our room, so I went at the reception desk and they told me to wait for the cleaning lady to come in 1 hour. Upon my insisting, they gave me the towels within a couple of minutes.

Nice budget hotel for a stopover near to the highway. Plenty of free parking spaces. The room was small but the bathroom was not. Air conditioner is placed in a way that you do not feel the air flow so you can sleep with AC turned on. The beds are comfy. Surrounding is quiet. The breakfast was really a pleasant surprise. I expected much less for that price. I would definitely recommend the hotel but only if you need to sleep over the night. It is not suitable for those who want to explore the city.

Good value for money hotel and part of a chain. A good location for the town and there was free parking and an easy bus service into the centre of the old Aix....taking about 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and perfectly serviceable for a short stay, the beds wonderfully comfortable. Staff very friendly. Added bonus of a restaurant, if you didn't wish to eat in town. Good menu which included a combination buffet which was great and such a variety. Would recommend

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable . The air conditioning worked well. The room was very clean. Food was excellent for this category of hotel - good buffet selection for dinner and for breakfast. The location is very convenient for the autoroute through Aix en Provence. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Excellent value for money.

Some of the external areas of the hotel - gardens, hedges, etc - could have been tidier

Everything was nice, the receptionist was amazing and very polite, room exceptional. Travelled alone and I felt safe In The hotel and the room. Plenty of space and nice comfy beds. Shower was ana in and bathroom clean. Staff is friendly and polite, really loved it.

We stayed for one night only. For the price, we felt the room was more than adequate. It was clean, comfortable and the location was pretty good (even though we had a car, we chose to walk to the city center and it was very doable). Free parking was a definite plus!

It is not a luxury experience, but for the price, there's really nothing negative to point out.

The place looks a bit tired but everything worked okay. Location was fine for the motorway but a little way out of town . No complaints really

The room was small, but very cleaned and comfortable. Besides, the staff were really nice and could help you for every questions. A parking place was also available for our car. The hotel is close to the highway which makes it easy to travel to other cities as well. The city center is also not so far from the hotel and you can walk around 20 min to reach it. Also there is a supermarket next to the hotel which makes it easy to get some groceries.

Comfortable, quiet, clean room. Good shower. Nice breakfast. Parking protected by a gate.

The lady at the evening reception was very unfriendly when we arrived. Luckily she had to leave when her shift finished, the next lady was friendly and helpful.

there was no refrigerator in the room and they could not provide you ice. Also, the electrical plug in the bathroom did not work so I could not curl my hair The first room they gave me was at the end of the building and it was loud and it did not have a black out curtains, so we change the rooms
