Best Western Premier Plaza Hotel and Conference Center

I talked to friendly staff. They were pleasant and helpful. The convenience of getting places. I just wished there were bigger bathrooms. It seemed a bit compact.

Power went out and had to take a cold shower, Some people getting up all hours of the night...slamming doors it seemed like. Walking up and down the halls loudly. No sleep the first night.

The staff was fantastic they welcomed me and made me feel like family.

The pool and hot tub were closed due to the roof falling in maybe more maintenance to the building would be helpful I was given the option to go to a different location to us the facilities but I didn’t feel comfortable doing so

The staff was fast, professional and courteous. This was my second stay here and I'd stay here again.

The fitness room could use some work. The sound option on one treadmill only worked 2 minutes at a time. The other didn't seem to work at all.

Location is perfect and visiting family. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is great. I especially appreciate the gluten-free options.

It would be nice if there were more staff at the main reception desk.

I thought the breakfast was great. A good selection and the coffee was nice and hot. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff greeted me every time I came and went. The maintenance man was very helpful.

I don't think there was anything I did not like.

Bookings totally messed up our reservation even though we had confirmation numbers. The hotel not only didnt have us registered, they didnt have any ADA rooms left. They had one room left and were able to give it to us. It was difficult for my disabled husband. But everything else was great. I will stay there again when

It was very nice and very clean! Great staff!

The breakfast was pretty poor. The muffins had no flavor, the jimmy dean breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock when pulled out of the fridge. However, the cookies were excellent!

A great selection of grab and go breakfast items. The rooms are large and clean, very updated, and in amazing condition. The rooms are very quiet and the location is perfectly located close to the freeway, food, and the mall. They also have a large DVD selection to choose from!

There wasn't anything about this stay that I did not like.

Pool was good. Stopped here on road trip and they were very accommodating. Breakfast that was made was excellent.

Guy was playing loud music from his balcony, but it was at least good music and didn't seem like a usual thing

Clean, comfortable friendly and good breakfast despite covid!

The pool wasn't available at first but then we were able to swim at another hotel in the same pkg lot. So everyone was happy.
