Lets start with the Check In - super polite and professional Monica provided early Check In and Late Check Out, explained everything and provided a real Welcome Feeling. Also Mamoud from Breakfast Team is very polite and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed it

The biggest issue I have visiting a country like Egypt is the "Oh you are kind, give me Money" Mentality. Sadly same happen with "free" Transfer from Hotel to Terminal 2. I pay over 200 Euro there and not expecting anyone to ask me for money. The Transfer Guy is a real pain in the a... and can not ask for money. The entire experience of the hotel stay is going down the drain with such a guy. I definitely take out of this negative statement the rest of the hotel staff, as they are polite and helpful and not asking at any moment for Money.

the hotel is well cleaned and maintained .staff is more than wonderful ,starting from front desk “Monica” , restaurant staff ,and housekeeping . side note : the hotel usually perform wedding parties at the swimming pool area ,so if you’d like to experience a calm stay ,please ensure that there is no parties during your stay ,or otherwise select a room with airport view (other side of the swimming pool). breakfast is excellent ,swimming pool is clean ,room is clean .so it’s alright .

the screen in the room is old technology ,needs to be upgraded .and the telephone as well. gym is good as well.

Staff are nice and friendly

You need to consider changing the people at the clinic doing PCR tests because they are just rapping of your guests, they are charging between 110 to 200 USD for PCR test, depends on the destination. The PCR should not be more than 50 USD in 5* hotel and I wonder how they are charging for it more than hotel room. They are taking advantage of it because the hotel is far from clinics doing test but they should not do it in this way.

Sky walk from airport terminal to hotel, so no need to engage with taxi operators. Rooms clean, spacious, very comfortable. Hotel has a beautiful pool area and garden.

Pricey considering we only needed 5 hours, in transit. You still pay for the whole stay. Airport hotels should have fractional rates.

Staff were friendly but not very helpful. The onsite limo/taxi service was dishonest and attempted to scam my wife and I. This left a sour taste in our mouth. The concierge for the limo service was trying to sway our itinerary and we soon realized it was an attempt to have us taken to shops where we would be ripped off and he would get a commission (this is a common scam in Egypt but should absolutely NOT be allowed to happen at a five star hotel) after clearly stating that we wanted to stick to our itinerary and not go shopping THREE TIMES, our driver still attempted to take us to a scam shop just like the concierge was suggesting. This was just upsetting and put a stain on our otherwise wonderful stay.

Concierge team needs to be trained how to deal with guests. Lack professionalism and courtesy.

It’s the best location just walking distance through covered bridge to terminal 3 Cairo international airport. Although we arrived at terminal 2 but they provide shuttle bus to hotel. Our flight arrived late by two hours, then I have to call Le Meridien to bring back out shuttle. Best part is that the hotel provides breakfast open buffet starting 4 AM which is excellent for allowing guests to catch their early flight. Rooms are clean and great. My advice, if you’re arriving after midnight then be sure to communicate that clearly with hotel to avoid being considered as no show. Hotel is dynamic and busy most of the times, and there restaurants provide delicious foods with different varieties.

What's not to love about an airport Marriott hotel? The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, quiet. A variety of restaurants were available. There was a lot going on with wedding receptions each night, but we enjoyed the atmosphere and the noise didn't affect our rooms. We loved being able to walk from the hotel right into the airport for our late evening arrival and early morning departure.

Beware of the taxes and fees not quoted in the Booking.com price (read the fine print.) The price is quite a bit more than listed here. The water in the rooms is very heavily chlorinated- smelled like a pool or hot tub and left us with chlorine rashes.

F&B services was amazing, wide variety at the breakfast buffet, food quality is very good, F&B staff are all amazing, special thanks to the executive chef “Omar” and Amy in the main restaurant, Check-in and check-out was very smooth, special thanks to Monica and Aya from reception desk, Parking charges very annoying to apply by a third party company, should be all through the reception desk, Need to consider the Club Lounge seating spaces, staff in the Club are all courteous, F&B service at the pool is very slow, only one staff serving all the pool guests even during the weekend days, Generally, the hotel is highly recommended,

We had a very brief stay here as we had a flight at 3 am. The location of the hotel is very convenient - you can walk right into the airport. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The buffet dinner was exceptional. Staff were friendly and attentive. Although we didn't have time to use these, we note that there is a big pool, a gym and massage services offered.

One of the restaurants was entirely booked out for a function and a second one was closed - seems a bit odd. We had no choice but to go to the third restaurant although we note that it was very good.
