Jewel Sport City and Aqua Park

Jewel Hotel was lovely, the facility was great and the staff was amazing. Upon arrival we were given a room with twin beds, we requested a change the next day, and Rania the customer relations manager was great. She took the time to show us our new room before we moved into it. The breakfast buffet every morning was awesome, good food and amazing staff. I would highly recommed the hotel to all my family members and friends. Next time I'm in Cairo, this is where I will be staying. Thanks to everybody at the hotel for their great hospitality.

All the hotel staff are super hospitable. Thanks Ahmed at the reception, Rania at guest relation for continuous followup and nice gestures.

Aqua park is open for outsiders, crowded even during week days. Aqua staff are rude.

The hotel is in good location and the staff is very helpful. There is a nice pool and gym available.

The breakfast needs more variety and better quality. Furniture is starting to show age

breakfast ----- basic but ok ---- I missed boiled eggs and it were every day same omelets ..... could be diffrent kinds of eggs or sometimes pancakes or something..... make your cooks show their talents !!!! reception desk people + cleaning ladies + ..... were very nice

if you got lunch or dinner at the buffet ----- there were no drinks ----- you could order but at least a bottle of water should have been given free of charge at each person the toilets in the reception ( ladies only ) were not that clean ( water on the floor , no toilet paper , .... ) No toilet around the pool

The hotel is very clean, staff is so friendly, internal pools are very clean and food is really nice.

I didn't like that the aqua park was open for outsiders and we didn't have enough time for guests from the hotel and it always crowded and with no rules!!! Like for example people go with their whole clothes and no rules.

Staff are friendly. Mrs Rania -Guest in charge - and Mr Ahmad Pool in-charge were so friendly and cooperative Thank you all Food prices (next to the pool) was good not expensive

1- The aqua park was so crowded and this because It was open to all people in the area, not just residents. !We have chosen this hotel because it has the aqua Park but unfortunately we didn’t feel comfortable there due the crowds of people . 2- Taxes are high, we paid 230$ extra

Receptionists has the spirit of Egyptian hospitality with his warm and engaging demeanor. His prompt response to our requests and his consistent efforts to enhance our experience were commendable. The Aqua Park The Pool Facilities The Room was comfortable The Reception and Housekeeping were always helpful especially Wahidi and Raniya were so helpful and always assisting and not to forget always smiling.

Have more English fluent employees who can understand the customers priorities better. Room service should do better. We ordered for water and complained about our TV twice but nobody came to give us water and even fix the TV for 2 days despite the reception confirming someone will come. Not good effective communication between the reception and the room service and maintenance.
