Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza

Location of the hotel is great, inside a nice outdoor mall having different restaurants and cafe's. Many shops are also around and if you are travelling with kids, there is also a kids' entertainment rides in within the mall. Family room was excellent which was basically 2-connected rooms with bed space for 4 and 2 LED TVs' and coffee makers. Breakfast is a world-class 5 star buffet with an Egyptian flavour as well. Everything was just great.

Because the hotel is in a 2-level mall, the area and distance that we had to walk to the room was long and had to use elevators twice. But that is only for one section of rooms. Other rooms are very close to reception.

Location of the hotel and its existence within a shopping mall full of activities. Staff were more than friendly and very helpful. They were full of smiles and always willing to help. Facilities were super, specially the indoors swimming pool, the sauna and steam facilities. The breakfast buffet was super and the staff so helpful. Among them I would like to thank Mr. Yousry El Sammak, head of the food and beverage, Mme Sawsan, Ms Samah, Ms Rowaida... I would like to extend special thx to Mr. Ahmed, head of house keeping.

Breakfast is rich, a lot of options , also some options such as omelette, pancakes are prepared upon your request. Hotel is in the area in open shopping center which is from side advantage, from the other disadvantage.

As I said Hotel is in the area in a shopping center and the disadvantage is that if the room is looking toward the "street" of the Mall is very noisy... even late in the eveining

The whole experience was Fantastic, the Duty Manager Mr Mohaib, checked us in himself when he saw the Desk Staff were busy, when we asked for Special Dietary requirements we were introduced to the Food and Beverage Manager who took over and made sure we got our requirements on time and to perfection. Housekeeping was too good, 5 🌟 to Walid, for keeping the room clean and fresh every day. The waiters and waitresses at the the restaurants were very courteous and helpful. I for the first time in my life have nothing to complain about my stay at a hotel, HILTON GREEN PLAZA ALEXANDRIA...WOW❤️❤️❤️

It is my second stay inn less than 2 weeks. My only concern during the first visit was about the quality of food in dinner. After I got a feedback from the hotel team, I suggest this time to give another chance and try this time breakfast (open buffet). It was really amazing starting from the varieties of cheese, cold cuts, sausages & eggs. Great bakeries specially Egyptian bread. Falafel is amazing. One night they were drilling late

Location is great, not near the sea front but perfect for city stay. Right on top of the Green Plaza shopping mall which is great with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets close by. Check-in was easy and quick, staff were very helpful and friendly with all my requests. Different dining options inside the hotel itself too but it was too cold to try the pool.

Water was cut for a few hours when I arrived but came back a few hours later but the temperature of the showere was not constant no matter how much I tried adjusting it, kept going from freezing to scorching hot which was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was much less than my expectations and could be much better.

Breakfast buffet was rich and encompasses a very good selection of varieties that meets most tastes. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious.

the attitude of the very first receptionist who received us could have been more friendly and accommodating. We were about to leave the hotel and go to another, but the night Manager managed the situation wisely and nicely.

The staff was very polite and the room and hotel were exceptionally clean and pleasant

Although the reservation was made for a triple room, the room amenities were only prepared for two guests. I made multiple requests for the additional amenities, but unfortunately, nobody came to bring them to the room except for some extra tea and coffee sachets. The towels, bed, and cup for the third person were not provided despite my repeated requests.

I do like the hotel and its location. The staff are amazing. Rooms are clean and nice.

whatever notes I wrote - all were ignored !! whatever I asked for wasn't there and this isn't the first time! I spent almost an hour to do the check in for 5 rooms just because the booking ref. for the booking.com isn't in their system as per the receptionist ...
