Hotel Sunce

Split.  Podstrana.  Hotel Sun. Hotel Sunce 🌞 I went at the end of the season.  October.  If you want to relax, do exactly like me.  A maximum of 6 rooms were occupied.  The hotel has an excellent location.  Your own beach is literally two meters away.  There is a restaurant with a breakfast terrace, and a bar with access to the beach.  There is a swimming pool, sauna and gym.  The beach is framed by breakwaters.  Clean.  The water is an unreal azure color.  The hotel provides sunbeds and umbrellas free of charge.  The rooms are cleaned every day.  Breakfast was prepared by the owner Mira ❤️ even for 3 guests, a buffet was always prepared.  If you wish, they can prepare an omelette separately.  Mira is always caring, like a mother ☺️❤️ Laundry services are available.  You can also iron your clothes.  You can order lunch at the beach bar, or dinner at the restaurant on the terrace.  There is also a large selection of restaurants along the beach, no matter which direction you choose to go.  There are also Water Sports offices.  Within walking distance there is a bakery, shop and pharmacy. Next year I will definitely return there.  And I recommend it to everyone.  😎

Great beachfront location. Breakfast was ok. Staff were lovely and friendly.

direct private beach access with beachbead and umbrella free of charge , breakfast is nice ,the amigos restaurant nearby has impecable service and good food .private parking , studenac market 200m away it's nicely located

the beachbar should really open faster after 12 o'clock if you get breakfast at 8 and to the beach at 9 there is a 3 hours to wait to get a nice cold drink is a bit much. the room minibar fridge was not cooling probably weak peltier tipe fridge ...

The staff was very friendly, it felt like a family. The room was comfortable, including the bed. The AC in the room was effective. The sea view from the balcony was amazing :-) . It was very helpful that the hotel had its own private beach, which meant that we did not have to pay for the beach beds. The food in the beach bar was okay. Would be great, if they would have a larger selection.

If we went to have breakfast towards the end of the serving time (Close to 10 am) we only had the leftovers. The parking place of the hotel is not planned for the number of rooms they have. At times, we had to wait 30 minutes for the car that was blocking ours to move their car. But these were minor things compared to the great time we had there.

This hotel was absolutely perfect location. The breakfast was delicious, Mira and her staff her so kind and welcoming. the views were amazing and we were right on the beach. We were also very close to many restaurants and the local store if we needed anything. you will need to bring shampoo/conditioner and body wash for after the first day but honestly every hotel in Europe is that way so we were prepared. The value for where we stayed was amazing and our group of 8 was highly happy with everything! we will absolutely stay there again!

Great location on the beach front. Has own private beach with free use of recliners and umbrellas. Covered swimming pool. Very clean and tidy. Good continental breakfast with a lot of choice. A modern hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Balcony with a view of the sea. Good air conditioning On Split to Omis bus route.

Nothing.

Super clean and new hotel right on its own section of the beach. Nice little buffet breakfast available each morning. We had a balcony with a fabulous view and which was large enough to get comfortable. The woman who runs the place is very nice.

Maybe it's temporary, but all the hotels in this town suffer from the traffic jams back and forth to Split.

The location: perfect, in front of the beach. The beach: great, white pebbles, water transparent. Great beach chairs and umbrellas, at no additional cost. The area: very nice and tidy, nice properties all around. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great buffet.

If the restaurant had been open for dinner. However, nearby there is a great, gret restaurant,

We were greeted by the owner on arrival. Mira was always friendly and because i spoke Croatian we had some wonderful conversations. Our room was a good size, clean and we had one of the biggest balconies. THE VIEW was absolutely AMAZING!! You are right on the beach which was perfect for the hot summer days. Breakfast was always delicious with a variety of eggs, fruits, meat, cheeses, yogurt, cereal and bread and baked goods. There were grocery stores within a 5 min walk. The bus to Split and Omis were 5 min away. We spent 10 days there and would definitely go back!!

The only thing that would have been better is if there were more restaurants within walking distance. We were there August 2021 and because of Covid a few of the restaurants/cafes were closed.

The staff were lovely, the lady made us omelettes for breakfast and the hotel itself was beautiful. Had spa facilities and provided blankets in the room which was appreciated as it was quite cold at nighttime. Would definitely come back!

Shame the pool wasn't filled, but understandable as off season
