Sheraton Bogotá Hotel

I recently celebrated a birthday occasion at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I reached out with my requests, the hotel staff were incredibly responsive, attentive, and more than happy to accommodate my needs. The Sheraton Bogotá went above and beyond to make our stay special. They not only provided beautiful room decorations but also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The attention to detail and personalized service from the staff were outstanding - friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. The hotel also granted us a late check-out until 3 pm at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful touch. Our room was immaculate, with a tasteful birthday setup that exceeded our expectations. The following morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a great variety of options to choose from. We also had the opportunity to use the spa, where the service was top-notch and the pricing reasonable. Overall, our stay at the Sheraton Bogotá Hotel was truly memorable, thanks to their exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and genuine care for their guests. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a special experience in Bogotá.

The staff were amazing and accommodating at all times, the hotel was great and the food was amazing. What I appreciated from their service is the quality of service they brought to me and my partner. As I travel often and stay in Numerous 5 star hotels worldwide the main thing you expect when paying for a five star hotels is excellent uncontested service and a perfect room. They delivered this by adhering to all our requests, allowing late check outs, accommodating our bags while were out, allowing me to play the piano, and any other funny requests we made. I was very satisfied with this hotel and our stay on both occasions in the same trip and I will be staying here again for my next trips. Thank you

Small improvement as I just need to fill out a block here haha. Not a big issue at all as we can always request this. Please make sure there are enough towels when there are two guests staying in one room. This as mentioned isn't a huge problem as the reception is always one call away and happy to assist.

We liked the shower, the breakfast, and the free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and the cleaning personnel were very good about cleaning the room at our convenience.

The room was quite small, and the space between the foot of the bed and the television was very narrow making it inconvenient to pass through. The shower was excellent but the bathroom lighting was very poor (dim). Also, the toilet was very slow to flush. The room seemed outdated and needed remodeling. When we checked in it took forever (12 minutes) to do so. Then, the attendant led us to our room and never explained how to use the air conditioning, phone, or television. And of course, we had a few questions and has to figure out how to call the front desk to have the batteries replaced in the remote to the television.

-Very nice rooms with a huge & comfortable bed -Full range of amenities and attentive staff -Swimming pool / gym area is nice -Free shuttle to/from airport -Very good breakfast -Overall great value for money given the facilities and comfort. Well located if you need to be close to the airport

-Can have some noise if you are on the airport's flight path, especially for take-offs (but we had no real issues) - Not the best location if you want to be in the main tourist areas

Breakfast was amazing and offered variety of food! Staff was very polite and made sure to check up on you to ensure they met all your needs. Beds were so comfortable and water in the bathroom was hot which was fantastic when you have had a long day.

We stayed on the 9th floor, the Club Floor, and the service, the food, and the amenities were incredible. I will stay again no doubt.

The food was excellent. Check-in service as I expected, fast and kind. We attended a party and the conference room, food, and service were spectacular.

In general, the room and restroom was very clean, that's so important for me and replenishment the coffee

the orange juice and egg were bad. I didn't know if I could have an invited, at the finish explain that yes. I couldn't use the swimming poll because start from 9 is to 9 pm, I prefer to use it early like 6 am.

The facilities and comfort of the beds were great!

I asked for late checkout for an extra fee, i was told this was not possible so we checked out early and stayed outside to waste some time but noone had come to the room even though we were told to leave early.

Service is as expected of a Sheraton hotel. The breakfast and lunch staff were wonderful. The security people are helpful with helpful advice.

Probably the repairs but necessary to keep the hotel be it's name signify.

I stayed for 10 days so at the end I have has it all. By the way 40 years ago I had studied in Bogota so I know my way around. By that time you had a lot of grassland around there, where the hotel is situated now. Bogota has become a very modern city. I love it and wish I could live a few years over there.

It should stay the way it is!
