Breakfast was really very complete, fresh, loads of variety and the waiters overly helpful. You could get an omelette done on the go and hot pots of very nice coffee kept coming on. We also enjoyed the Spa area, The dry sauna was rather cold (hardly reachd 70°C), but the steam room and the jacuzzi were a delight! Also the staff was kind and helpful at all times. We needed a mouse and they lent it at no cost. I´d gladly come back if I need to work around Salitre. Wifi worked great!

It was not severe, but the lights in the room were synched in a most strange way. One button turned several on and off. I like dim lights at night, and there was no way to turn on just a small one. ALso, for breakfast, I like the tea selection to be avaliable to choose from. Here, you had to ask for some tea and they´d gladly bring it along. But I like self service better, as I can decide how much water, and how much milk I want, and mostly, when to stop infusing it. Here, maybe to be overly prestative, they did it for you. It is not a huge problem, at all. I just like preparing my tea myself.

I liked very much that there is a hotel representative at the airport, checking that you indeed have a reservation. This is a security measure to guarantee that you are safe in the hotel van. Very punctual, too. The staff is very nice and helpful. The bedrooms are very clean and cozy. the location is very convenient if you have to travel by plain the next day.

The last two times my husband and I stayed there, there were problems with the toilet. First, it was clogged. It was fixed, but walking into a clogged toilet is unpleasant. The second time the seat cover hit you back every time you used it. It was fixed but after a few hours. Breakfast used to be better. In my opinion, they could have better bread and fruit. All staff should speak English. That is not the case. We called several times to get a bellboy and a cart, but the person at the front desk did not know what we were talking about.

Loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. I had just been to the Amazon so thoroughly revelled in the luxury and care of this hotel and its people. The staff were so kind and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. To add to this - the room, while not overly big, was nevertheless fine, and the bed was so comfortable that I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. It was one of only two places I stayed at during my month's journey across Colombia with a hot shower and it was di-vine. And I highly recommend ordering room service - the food was delicious and generous in its portions, yet so reasonably priced. I so did not want to leave but if I am ever in Bogota again I know where I will definitely be staying!

Cero - it was perfecto!!

This hotel is near the airport. The staff is professional, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good with many options.

The only minor problem is that the hotel is next to a place that has special events like weddings, graduation parties and birthdays. If you happen to be there during one of these events, there could be some noise but it my case, the party ended by 9:30 PM.

The location is great. The rooms are clean and the staff is kind.

I made the reservation for my parents as a gift. Well, turns out that the name on the credit card has to match the guest name. There's no mention of it in booking. None of my cards were working and I only learned this when I called the hotel because the reservation was about to be cancelled. In the end, they offered to keep the reservation open until 11pm, but my parents had to pay for their own gift, so it's kind of embarrassing. There should be a mention of this name on the card issue somewhere in booking.

My go-to hotel when in Bogota. Easy access to and from the airport, in a safe area with a shopping mall, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. Rooms are adequate, becoming a bit aged meanwhile. As everywhere, the hotel's prices have risen substantially over the last few years.

Nothing that I don't like, really. But the hotel might consider updating/modernizing the rooms within the next few years. An alarm with a connection for an iPhone 3 or 4 is a bit outdated, for instance.

Very nice hotel , staff , and location there are 3 centro comercial you can walk too, there several restaurante around the area , nice bar 🍸 at the hotel decent breakfast in morning, try the bbq ribs from the restaurante they are awsome and all staff members are very nice.. they have shuttle service to from airport that is great , this will be my go to place for Bogotá

All was good

We got in late and ordered room service. Despite the late hour, the staff let us know room service was available. Our food arrived promptly, the gentleman who brought it to the room was 100% professional and exceptionally pleasant. 11/10 I am looking forward to staying at the Capitol again!

I don't like that we just discovered the Capitol for the first time. We will be staying there in the future.

The staff was super attentive. Can’t get better than these guys. The entire crew have a very clear high standard of customer service.

Although the breakfast is delicious, the restaurant space can be a little bit cramped. Would be great if the make better use of the outside space by enclosing it and extend the indoor sitting space.

The best part was the staff. Everyone was very friendly especially Nicolas and Diego. They both really went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We enjoyed the food there as well, again - the staff was friendly and well dressed. The rooms were organized and clean and everyone felt comfortable.

An area for improvement would be for the rooms to have smaller hand towels. We only had large towels in our rooms.
