Apartamentos Regency La Feria

The staff is 100. Super helpful and kind. You feel that they are there for you. Once in the room, I really liked the way the spaces are distributed. Makes the room feel larger than it is and very organized. Love that the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam bath are included, no additional fees. The way it works is that you make the reservation with the staff and you get 2 hours all for your self. No one else will be allowed to enter while your there. I found this to be so nice because I was able to completely relax, nude, without having to worry that someone would interrupt. it is reserved Most places want to charge you extra. If your looking for something where you can pamper yourself without breaking the bank, this is your spot. Oh, BTW, did I mention breakfast buffet is also included?

Breakfast was good and different every day. Ivan was exceptional in service, attentiveness, and knowledge. Room was great size and had all that we needed including a fridge and microwave.

Aesthetics could have been better, but nothing to lose sleep over. bathroom waste disposal placement was not the best and was small.

The staff and overall ethos of this place is really really truly friendly and based around service. Without a second thought, I had staff help me deliver clothes, clean my dishes, print documents and just generally greet me with friendliness and tranquility. The WIFI was incredibly strong! Streaming, zoom meetings absolutely everything all the time without any problems or interruption.

Well, the location is certainly outside the center, but there are restaurants, atms and even a healthfood store neaby (biofit). The view from the Executive Suites made working here a pleasure.

Really nice and welcoming personnel that are willing to assist you with anything. They are very knowledgeable of the experience that guests visiting for a US Embassy interview have.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive but still alright, there were some beeping noises coming from what I believe was a smoke detector that I could never understand

The neighborhood is quite and safe. They keep the property very clean . The staff were very helpful and courteous . The lady who cleaned the room always was smiling and very attentive to our requests .

I didn’t like to ask them for more than one toilet paper( didn’t long last due to poor quality) and also they didn’t have utensils for the kitchen , not Coffee maker neither

The facilities are very sleek and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times, their breakfast service is delicious and the hotel is located on a nice neighborhood good for walking around town and taking the sights in.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was adequate. The location is excellent.

They can do a better job at cleaning the rooms. Vacuum the carpet in the bedroom now and then.

They are ( studio/bachelor apartments) central location close to everything yet in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was good quality something you don’t usually get with free breakfast places. I have already recommended the place to many people.

Nice apartment! Location is not the best, but taxi to the hot spots is very affordable.

Very noisy apartment next to the elevator. Not so nice for a jetlag.. parking is for pro's in a small garage :).

Ivan welcomed us with open arms. He had an AMAZING PERSONALITY, he is PROFFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY and INFORMATIVE. Definitely coming back to stay on my next trip to Colombia.
