Hyatt Place Bogota Convention Center

It was very pleasant. There was a store on the corner to grab snacks and water. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold options fresh fruit, different breads/rolls, smoothies, eggs, fuit juices, coffee, cheeses, cold cuts etc. The breakfast area was actually where you could grab pastries and coffee outside of breakfast hours which was very nice! Staff was Awesome very welcoming and polite!!!..there is a washer/dryer that guests can use and front desk has laundry pods for purchase (very convenient) There was security guard desk at entrance 24/7 who pleasantly greeted you as you entered and exited. Gym was nice and bright with several different machines. Hotel was very well kept and only 15mins from airport.

Only thing I would have preferred was having use of the stairwell and not having to depend on elevator. We wanted to walk downstairs to the 2nd floor from the 3rd floor instead of waiting for elevator and couldn't get back into the hallway had to exit at the ground floor and the security guard advised the stairs are only for emergency. Breakfast and check in was on 2nd floor so at times the elevator was busy and we had to wait (not a huge deal just a preference especially when we were trying to catch Uber having the ability to run downstairs would have been nice)

The People that worked at this hotel were above and beyond customer service. I feel in love with all of them, they are the kindest, dearest people I have ever met and there job performance was 1000 percent everyday. Thank you, I look forward to booking with you again in November 2023.

Not a single thing, the experience was so amazing, I have so many good things to say, but I will sum it up with totally awesome experience. Please never stop doing what you do, it works beyond and can say that with complete confidence.

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good shower. Overall it was quiet (I was on the 8th floor), with good restaurant offering a variety of food for breakfast (included in the room) and also for dinner. The staff, despite not proficient in English, made all the effort in understanding my needs, so greatly appreciated.

I would recommend changing the coffee machine in the rooms (working on and off, poor quality) as well as the coffee in the morning (tasteless). Apart from that, nothing else, everything was good.

I was impressed by the exceedingly friendly personal, they did not only respond rapidly and efficiently to each of my requests but sometimes even anticipated them correctly.

The hotel is at short walking distance from Bogota's exhibition and convention centre. Otherwise, however, the surroundings is somewhat dull. In particular, there are are lots of restaurants, but exclusively fast food. No decent place available (except for the hotel's own restaurant).

Nicely located, connection with the airport was quite direct and convenient. Staff always there to help you in any occasion, willing to go for the extra mile. Varied and amazing breakfast. Pretty good restaurant service. Self service laundry option available. Laundry service quick and efficient

the property it self is beautiful and very clean, the breakfast service is good for the value, the location is convenient, the service ladies are very nice and the segvice at breakfast restaurants too

the beds are not real king size as they announce they are smaller than king size, they tell you that room service is available until 10pm but then if you call to order anytime after 9:30 pm they wont take your order and even if they didn’t inform you about this properly they wont make exceptions , the lobby staff weren’t very friendly sort of cold when it comes to costumer service, they still saved my medicine tho

Location is great for walking! Hotel is pet friendly, which was the main reason why I chose it. The great majority of staff were welcoming and accommodating. The complementary breakfast was delicious and varied every day. The beds are very comfortable and the view from our room was really lovely

Not sure what the room had but I developed this awful allergy that made it very difficult for me to breathe. The doorman on my last day felt it was necessary to comment on the amount of luggage we had, which was very unnecessary. Throughout my whole stay I wasn't able to connect to the internet using my room number and last name.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you are heading to the US Embassy or Corferias, they are both within a 5 minute walking distance. There's an "Andres Carne de Res" restaurant at the first floor which was fantastic! Staff was super friendly and professional and the rooms have fantastic design for working from them.

Our bed sheets smelled funny, this was our biggest issue with our stay. Breakfast wasn't great, scrambled eggs were very liquid-ish and there were little options.

The property is close to the Colombian embassy, Close to the downtown and fancy restaurants, close to the Monserrat mountain and Malls . Public transportation is easy to find and delivers are available in less than 30 min from any good restaurants or pharmacies as you need it.

I have no complains about the hotel. I found for me, my Son and my daughter in law, this hotel fulfill all our expectations. By the way, the food is amazing. I hardly recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly, proactive, costumer service is excellent and is a new property, everything is very well disinfected and mark as it is.

The room was spacious and comfortable! The staff was extremely attentive and helpful.

I had 2 meals at the restaurant. The hamburger and potato wedges were very salty. Likewise, the chicken sandwich was overpowered by the salt.
