Overall, my time at the hotel was fantastic, but I believe a few adjustments to the breakfast menu would make it even more appealing to guests on extended stays. I hope the hotel management considers these suggestions to enhance the dining experience for future visitors.

I must say that the staff exceeded my expectations in every way. Regardless of the time of day, every member of the hotel’s team wore a warm smile, extended a friendly greeting, and engaged in delightful conversations. It was truly heartwarming to witness such a dedicated and experienced staff handling front-facing roles.

While my stay at Marriot Downtown CF Eaton Centre was filled with many positive experiences, there was one aspect that left room for improvement - the breakfast menu. As a long stay guests, I found the limited selection of breakfast items to be a bit monotonous, and I believe a few small changes could enhance the overall dining experience. I understand that maintaining a consistent menu can be efficient, but offering a few rotating options could go a long way in ensuring that guests enjoy their meals throughout their stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made my stay very comfortable. I arrived early from my flight and they were able to accommodate my check-in and facilitate breakfast for me. My room was also great, very spacious and comfortable.

I was surprised to hear that unless you signed up to the members club, wifi in the hotel would come at a cost, particularly after how expensive the room was for a few nights. The changing facilities for the pool are located in the gym, which seems a bit odd, as you have to cross the gym floor as people are training to access the pool.

The location is great to downtown shops and local restaurants, the breakfast buffet was amazing, the staff is excellent and the hotel is very clean.

The pool was very small. I loved the property, the price was a bit high for the rooms, could have offered a discount for more than 3 nights AND your booking site should let people booking know in LARGE print that the breakfast only includes 2 adults and 1 child in the room which I find ridiculous especially when some families have children over the age of 12 but still under 18.The buffet was amazing but honestly quite expensive. We tried a breakfast with the same amount of food and comparable quality for only 20/person down the road. I would definitely stay here again for the location but again the price is high. I paid just over 2,200 for 4 nights!

The location was good-- a 20-minute walk from the harbor, CN Tower, and many other sights. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and above all the staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

The hotels rooms themselves and the pool area seem pretty old. Our room, a king suite, was in sore need of a refresh. Lots of scratches and stains on the furniture and a lamp was broken. The pool area is also worn. At CAD 500-800 per night, you would expect a bit more attention to property upkeep.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Marriott hotel. The staff were excellent, from the housekeeping staff to the front desk staff to the bar staff - all were super friendly and helpful. The gym was excellent, much better than you would expect from a hotel. The pool was also good and the kids went there a lot. The bar was a nice place to have a pre-dinner drink (with a great happy hour from 3-6pm) and we also ate there one night and were really happy with our meal.

The pool area (and outside terrace) could do with a good clean. That’s it, otherwise we really liked this hotel.

The room was big, comfortable beds, very friendly staff. You need the room key for practically everything - going on the elevators, entering the pool, the gym, the restroom in the lobby etc. which is understandable in a way, but a bit too much. They offer umbrellas when it rains which is nice. I recommend becoming a Marriot Bonvoy Member, it is free, and lets you use the WIFI for free, otherwise there is a daily cost. there was no fine prints saying that they collect info about you. The location was great, 5 minutes walk from the subway

location is superb staff is super super friendly & go out of their way to make sure guests have everything they need. Staff is responsive the coffee in the room was very good water available free of charge and on demand

Wifi isn't free. In this day and age it's always free. I didn't pay for wifi because I'm a bonvoy member but still the Marriott shouldn't be charging for wifi. no shower caps or any of the standard paraphernalia

Excellent location staff fantastic and very accommodating. I found that front desk some staff members needed more training on processing my hotel bill . I pay only debit. And to book my room right at front desk was a problem not everyone on same page. Going through online a third party to book never again left me frustrated and disappointed. We pay a lot of good money to stay at the Marriot Eaton Center I expect service top notch and not know we can not do this . Manager helped me was fantastic. My total time will be three months staying at the Marriot Eaton Center I consider myself a loyal customer meals are expensive and breakfast is delicious but the prices are sky high. I m told I’m in the elite club with the Marriot. I asked what does that mean and consist of never got my question answered. No complimentary breakfast offered after two months stay a perk they can afford throwing in one free buffet breakfast. Otherwise was happy with the service and location excellent. I’m from out of province and being treated for cancer at the Princess Margaret Hospital.

To be able to book my room at the front desk in person. Having to go through manager in order to get my room booked. He was excellent but I was frustrated and spent five weeks straight at the hotel. Big money spent on room and meals. I expect customer service in the customer and paying these monies want in return smooth transactions and staff all on same page at the front desk with the company policies. I have my nephew Johnny and his wife Janet book the room for me now when I come in weekly. Can be stressful with flying long lines at the airport and making sure i have a room when I arrive the night before treatment.

Everything was awesome checking in we ask for a room with a view and got it was so nice

The walls are so thin in this place that at night I was hearing a lady argue and crying at 4am, then at 6am a small child was screaming while walking in the hallway with his parents, then at 7:30am a lady came banging on our door like it was the police or fire department only to tell me and my guest to keep the noise down and we literally just woke up! Beware the walls in this hotel are paper thin
