The breakfast was OK. The scrambled eggs tasted diluted and I was very disappointed that the hash Browns were not available on the weekend as I really enjoyed them. I cannot eat red meat so it was nice to have something warm other than toast.

The workout room did not have a cleaning spray. I did yoga and left the mat on the floor afterwards thinking that maybe the staff cleans used equipment, but no, the next day it was still there and there was garbage on the floor beside it. Not very sanitary!

The mattress was exceptional. I had a brilliant night sleep. Breakfast included was a lovely touch and the lemon infused water in the lobby. We actually left the Airbnb we we’re staying at because it was so unfortunate and booked at your hotel. We should have done this in the first place as your hotel was better value and higher standard!

The pool was a bit small and over chlorinated and the carpet in the room didn’t look vacuumed properly. There should be healthier options at breakfast, but all in all it was a lovely hotel. Had a difficult time getting into the room initially because of the keycards. Had to go back to the lobby twice to reprogram, but the reception did warn us they we’re having issues.

Room was great! Bed excellent. Washroom very good.

We arrived an hour ahead of time and wanted to check in. But we’re told there would be a $20 fee. It was obvious that the hotel was not very busy and our toon was likely empty and ready. How very ridiculous, greedy, ungracious and inhospitable can a hotel chain get. We were also disappointed that there was no maid service to make our bed and tidy up. Standard service expected at any hotel.

The breakfast offerings were good for people without digestive issues like celiac. Sausages, eggs, hashbrowns, self-made waffles, fruit, yogurt, bread for toast with toppings, and a variety of hot and cold drinks. Not great for celiac but my husband really liked the waffles. Fortunately, I had brought my own breakfast foods. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The kitchen staff did not have a list of ingredients/allergins for the hot food, so I was unable to partake. An available allergin and ingredient page or book would have been helpful.

After a long day of sightseeing, I was really looking forward to ending the day with a nice hot bath. Sadly the room had only a shower. We chatted with the person at the right desk about it after checking in (just casually, we'd already unpacked) and she said only the double queen rooms had baths. Had I known when booking I would have either got one of those rooms, or stayed at another hotel where I could have got a room with a king bed, and a bath in the room.

We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. It was a great variety and pleasant way to begin our day.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I missed breakfast on our last day. We focused on packing and loading the van up for checkout and completely missed the breakfast. Totally not the hotels fault…we should have ate first and packed after.

We liked everything from check in to check out. The staff polite, helpful, friendly. The pool, rooms, entire hotel clean The breakfast was mixed hot and cold food lots to offer and was very good. Highly recommend this hotel. The beds where comfortable, lots of pillows and blankets A/C WORKED great. Shower had hot water and nice amount of pressure.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, which was good and value for money. The room was clean and tidy. The shower water was hot enough. No complaints if you only need to sleep for a night because of transit.

The shower water power can be stronger. Forgot to fill up the tissue paper inside the box. Please don't forget to bring your own toothbrush.

This hotel is VERY convenient to the main highway to Toronto. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast is complete and hot. It is very easy to park.

The only issue with this hotel is that there are no restaurants within easy walking distance. You do have to "self cater" or use a delivery service which also is quite availble.

The staff were amazing! I let them know it was my wedding weekend and they KILLED it. They left a beautiful note & folded my towels super cute

The pool area. It was too small for the amount of people there. If there was a hot tub or more seating space it would be better
