Bayside Inn & Waterfront Suites

This location always impresses. I arrived from bc on an extremely uncomfortable humid day and they had turned the ac on ahead of time. The room was cool and quiet and exactly what I needed. This location has been my choice whenever I travel to this part of Ontario simply because it is reliable and always meets expectations!

Nothing it was exactly what I expected and then some!

the staff and manager were extremely nice and helpful. we booked on same day and were in a hurry and no cancellation applied. when we arrived we were not happy about the location as it was far from where we needed to stay, so the manager upgraded our room for free but still we wanted to cancel. the manager took the time to speak to customer service and cancel our booking for free and full refund. such a nice and helpful person. i highly recommend if your looking for an affordable place to stay with friendly staff.

The room was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable! The Staff were also very helpful and friendly. I forgot an important document in the room and John was so helpful in having it returned to me asap.

Right on the waterfront u can fish off dock - seen all sizes of huge carp on the shoreline by dock

No complaints we'll worth the money if your just passing threw - no pool but your 20 steps from the water

Location was great

Bathroom door would not close Dirt in the register in bathroom Staff sit and smoke and call out to you from a upper window when they are open but door locked. Broken chairs on dock.

Stayed one night in the queen jacuzzi suite. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Tub took a while for the jets to really work, bathroom fan didn’t work at all. I mentioned it to the owner. The owners were really nice. There was no breakfast included as it was closed, which was a disappointment and no vending machines. My only concern was the peep hole had Kleenex shoved in it.. tv could of been bigger. quiet place.

We had a room with a balcony with a view of the river. We were able to sit out and watch the scenery which was beautiful.

I was surprised at the loud train horns. And the noise of the planes from the airport. Also because of covid there was no breakfast that was suppose to be included with the price. I was not made of this through this site.

From some of the reviews, I was a bit afraid, but the room was very clean and nice. We did not hear a train or whistle until after 8am. It was a quiet night.

Scenic location off the lake. Easy check in. Host was very helpful and kind.

The A/C may need repairs, it made it a bit hard to breathe and there was no continental breakfast which I thought was part of the stay.

Cleanliness and the staff NO CARPETS and NO ODOUR AND NO ALLERGENS at all, SMELLS FRESH, UP TO DATE EQUIPMENT,FRIDGE ETC. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AT MAIN DESK. WILL RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE FOR SURE.
